短乳桿菌ZLB004發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)基的優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:為得到短乳桿菌ZLB004最佳發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)基,本試驗研究了不同碳源、氮源、緩沖鹽、微量元素對短乳桿菌活菌數(shù)的影響,并利用響應面分析法對篩選出的主培養(yǎng)基成分進行了優(yōu)化,得到短乳桿菌ZLB004的發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)基為:葡萄糖31.4 g/L、酵母粉3.5 g/L、牛肉膏8.5 g/L、牛肉蛋白胨10 g/L、乙酸鈉7.5 g/L、檸檬酸氫二銨3 g/L、磷酸氫二鉀3 g/L、硫酸錳0.2 g/L、硫酸鋅0.6 g/L、吐溫-80 1 ml/L、pH 6.5。短乳桿菌ZLB004在此培養(yǎng)基中37℃培養(yǎng)24 h,活菌數(shù)可達3.15×10~9cfu/mL,是優(yōu)化前活菌數(shù)的4.03倍。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain the best fermentation medium for Lactobacillus brevis ZLB004, the effects of different carbon sources, nitrogen sources, buffer salts and trace elements on the number of live bacteria of Lactobacillus brevis were studied, and the main components of the medium were optimized by response surface analysis.
