【摘要】：為了全面了解肉牛飼料營養(yǎng)的最新研究進(jìn)展,作者查閱并總結(jié)了2015年關(guān)于肉牛飼料營養(yǎng)的國外文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道,主要從精飼料、粗飼料以及精、粗飼料搭配3個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了綜述。精飼料主要包括蛋白質(zhì)飼料和能量飼料,其中蛋白質(zhì)飼料的營養(yǎng)研究主要側(cè)重于不同蛋白質(zhì)飼料對肉牛消化性能、生產(chǎn)性能、酮體特性和肉質(zhì)以及瘤胃發(fā)酵的影響;能量飼料的營養(yǎng)研究側(cè)重于不同類型及加工工藝對肉牛的生產(chǎn)性能、胴體特性以及瘤胃發(fā)酵特性的影響;粗飼料的營養(yǎng)研究主要集中于粗料來源及粗料的加工工藝對肉牛生產(chǎn)性能和消化性能兩個(gè)方面的影響。另外,對精、粗飼料的搭配比例對肉牛生產(chǎn)性能、胴體特性、瘤胃發(fā)酵以及采食行為的影響也進(jìn)行了綜述。通過總結(jié)和分析肉牛飼料營養(yǎng)的國外研究成果,為中國肉牛業(yè)的快速發(fā)展提供一定借鑒。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the latest research progress of beef cattle feed nutrition, the author reviewed and summarized the foreign literature reports on beef cattle feed nutrition in 2015, mainly from concentrate feed, crude feed and essence. Three aspects of roughage collocation were reviewed. Concentrate feed mainly includes protein feed and energy feed. The nutritional research of protein feed mainly focuses on the digestibility and production performance of different protein feed to beef cattle. The effects of ketone body characteristics, meat quality and rumen fermentation, nutrition of energy feed on the performance, carcass characteristics and rumen fermentation characteristics of beef cattle were studied. The study on the nutrition of crude feed mainly focuses on the effects of raw material source and processing technology on the performance and digestibility of beef cattle, in addition, the proportion of fine and coarse feed to beef cattle has a great effect on the performance and carcass characteristics of beef cattle. The effects of rumen fermentation and feeding behavior were also reviewed. By summarizing and analyzing the foreign research results of beef feed nutrition, this paper provided some references for the rapid development of beef cattle industry in China.
