包被氧化鋅替代高劑量氧化鋅對(duì)35~49日齡仔豬生長(zhǎng)性能、腹瀉率、營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)消化利用的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究包被氧化鋅替代高劑量氧化鋅對(duì)35~49日齡仔豬生長(zhǎng)性能、腹瀉指數(shù)及對(duì)營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)消化利用的影響。24頭35日齡仔豬隨機(jī)分為2組,每組6個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)2頭,普通氧化鋅組氧化鋅含量為2 500 mg/kg,鋅添加量為1 950 mg/kg;包被氧化鋅組包被氧化鋅含量為1 000 mg/kg,鋅添加量為580 mg/kg。結(jié)果表明:包被氧化鋅組料重比顯著低于氧化鋅組(P0.05);包被氧化鋅組豬只對(duì)干物質(zhì)的表觀消化率顯著大于氧化鋅組(P0.05);腹瀉率、糞便級(jí)數(shù)評(píng)分無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05)。血清銅鋅-超氧化物歧化酶、血銅含量無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05),全血血紅蛋白水平、皮毛指數(shù)也無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05)。說(shuō)明低劑量添加的包被氧化鋅提高了35~49日齡仔豬的生長(zhǎng)性能和營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)消化率。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of coated zinc oxide on growth performance, diarrhea index and nutrient digestibility of 35 ~ 49 days old piglets. 24 piglets of 35 days old were randomly divided into two groups, 6 replicates in each group, 2 piglets per repeat. The content of zinc oxide in zinc oxide group was 2 500 mg / kg, zinc addition was 1 950 mg / kg, zinc oxide content in coated zinc oxide group was 1 000 mg / kg and zinc addition amount was 580 mg / kg. The results showed that the weight ratio of zinc oxide in coated zinc oxide group was significantly lower than that in zinc oxide group. The apparent digestibility of dry matter in the coated zinc oxide group was significantly higher than that in the zinc oxide group, and the diarrhea rate was significantly higher than that in the zinc oxide group. There was no significant difference in fecal grade score (P 0.05), serum copper, zinc and superoxide dismutase (SOD), no significant difference in blood copper content (P 0.05), and the whole blood hemoglobin level. There was no significant difference in fur index (P0.05), which indicated that the growth performance and nutrient digestibility of piglets were increased by adding coated zinc oxide in low dose.
