天津地區(qū)警犬基地犬腸道寄生蟲(chóng)感染情況調(diào)查與驅(qū)蟲(chóng)試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:腸道寄生蟲(chóng)病是影響警犬健康的一類(lèi)常見(jiàn)疾病,不但給警犬基地帶來(lái)沉重的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān),還會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響警犬從業(yè)人員的工作和健康。通過(guò)調(diào)查天津地區(qū)警犬基地犬腸道寄生蟲(chóng)病的流行情況,有利于預(yù)防警犬腸道寄生蟲(chóng)病,從而保障警犬的健康,減少寄生蟲(chóng)對(duì)警犬從業(yè)人員的威脅,對(duì)保障警犬正常工作具有重要意義。本文采用水洗沉淀法、飽和鹽水浮聚法,對(duì)240只警犬糞便進(jìn)行了取樣檢查,調(diào)查天津地區(qū)警犬基地警犬腸道寄生蟲(chóng)感染情況,并試驗(yàn)了復(fù)方非班太爾片、奧芬達(dá)唑片、伊維菌素注射液的驅(qū)蟲(chóng)效果。結(jié)果表明,在天津地區(qū)警犬腸道中共檢出犬弓首蛔蟲(chóng)、犬獅蛔蟲(chóng)、犬等孢球蟲(chóng)、犬復(fù)孔絳蟲(chóng)、犬鉤蟲(chóng)這5種寄生蟲(chóng),其中犬弓首蛔蟲(chóng)檢出率最高,達(dá)到15.42%;犬獅蛔蟲(chóng)為7.92%,犬等孢球蟲(chóng)為6.25%,犬復(fù)孔絳蟲(chóng)為4.58%,犬鉤蟲(chóng)為4.17%。生活在不同警犬基地的警犬的腸道寄生蟲(chóng)感染率也有所不同,A警犬基地最高,感染率達(dá)到38.16%,C警犬基地感染率最低為19.44%。通過(guò)對(duì)不同品種的警犬糞便進(jìn)行采樣檢查,馬里努阿犬腸道寄生蟲(chóng)感染率最高,達(dá)到43.48%,其它品種警犬腸道寄生蟲(chóng)感染率相差不大。警犬腸道寄生蟲(chóng)感染情況在不同季節(jié)有明顯差異,夏季和秋季感染率高于春季和冬季。根據(jù)驅(qū)蟲(chóng)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)可知,本次試驗(yàn)所選取的3種常見(jiàn)驅(qū)蟲(chóng)藥品在驅(qū)蟲(chóng)效果上有所差別,按照藥品說(shuō)明進(jìn)行用藥,伊維菌素對(duì)犬弓首蛔蟲(chóng)、犬獅蛔蟲(chóng)、犬鉤蟲(chóng)具有驅(qū)除效果;奧芬達(dá)唑?qū)θ谆紫x(chóng)、犬獅蛔蟲(chóng)、犬復(fù)孔絳蟲(chóng)、犬鉤蟲(chóng)具有驅(qū)除效果;復(fù)方非班太爾片對(duì)犬弓首蛔蟲(chóng)、犬獅蛔蟲(chóng)、犬復(fù)孔絳蟲(chóng)、犬鉤蟲(chóng)具有驅(qū)除效果;以上3種試驗(yàn)用藥均對(duì)犬等孢球蟲(chóng)無(wú)效。根據(jù)驅(qū)蟲(chóng)效果及藥劑價(jià)格分析,在3種藥品中,伊維菌素驅(qū)蟲(chóng)成本最低,但是伊維菌素驅(qū)蟲(chóng)譜較窄,復(fù)方非班太爾片雖然驅(qū)蟲(chóng)效果較好,但是驅(qū)蟲(chóng)成本較高。奧芬達(dá)唑片驅(qū)蟲(chóng)相對(duì)廣譜,效果較好,且價(jià)格容易接受,因此,建議天津地區(qū)警犬基地采用奧芬達(dá)唑片進(jìn)行驅(qū)蟲(chóng)。
[Abstract]:Intestinal parasitic disease is a common disease affecting the health of police dogs, which not only brings a heavy economic burden to the police dog base. It will also seriously affect the work and health of police dog workers. By investigating the prevalence of intestinal parasites in dogs based in Tianjin, it will be helpful to prevent intestinal parasites in police dogs and thus to safeguard the health of police dogs. It is of great significance to reduce the threat of parasites to the police dog workers and to ensure the normal work of the police dog. In this paper, 240 dogs' feces were sampled and examined by the method of washing precipitation and floating accumulation of saturated salt water. To investigate the infection of intestinal parasites in dogs from police dog base in Tianjin area, and to test the effect of compound non-Bantaier tablet, Ofendazol tablet and ivermectin injection on insect repellent. The results showed that Toxocariasis canis was detected in the intestinal tract of police dogs in Tianjin area. There are five kinds of parasites, such as Ascaris canis, Ascaris canis, Taenia canis and hookworm, among which the detection rate of Ascaris canis is the highest. The infection rate of intestinal parasites in dogs living in different police canine bases is different, and the infection rate of intestinal parasites in dogs living in different police canine bases is different and the highest in dog bases, and is 6.25 in Diosporus, 4.58 in Taenia canis and 4.17in dogs with hookworm. The infection rate reached 38.16% and the lowest infection rate was 19.444.The highest infection rate of intestinal parasites was found in Marinoua dogs by sampling and checking the feces of different breeds of dogs. The infection rate of intestinal parasites of other breeds of police dogs was not different from that of other breeds, and the infection rate of intestinal parasites in summer and autumn was higher than that in spring and winter. According to the data of insect repellent test, the infection rate of intestinal parasites in police dogs was significantly different in different seasons. The three common insect repellent drugs selected in this experiment have different insecticidal effects. According to the drug instructions, Ivermectin has the effect of repelling Acaris canis, Ascaris canis and hookworm, and Ofendazol is effective on Ascaris canis. The compound non-Bantayer tablet has the effect of exterminating the first ascaris, the lion worm, the tapeworm, the hookworm, and the hookworm of the dog, and the repellent effect of the compound non-Bantaier tablet on the first ascaris, the lion worm, the tapeworm and the hookworm of the dog. The results showed that the cost of Ivermectin was the lowest, but the spectrum of Ivermectin was narrower. Although the effect of compound non-Bantaier tablet is better, the cost of insect repellent is high. Ofendazol tablet is relatively broad spectrum, good effect and easy to accept. Therefore, it is suggested that Orfendazole tablet should be used as insect repellent in the police dog base in Tianjin area.
