發(fā)酵木薯酒精糟對(duì)生產(chǎn)豬生產(chǎn)性能及營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)消化的影響

【摘要】:試驗(yàn)研究不同水平的發(fā)酵木薯酒精糟對(duì)生長(zhǎng)豬生產(chǎn)性能的影響。選擇200頭初始體重約(26.35±0.43)kg的生長(zhǎng)豬,隨機(jī)分為5個(gè)處理組,每組4個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)10頭豬。5個(gè)處理組分別為:A組為對(duì)照組,飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧;B組、C組和D組分別為發(fā)酵木薯酒精糟用量為2%、6%和15%的配合日糧組,E組則為用發(fā)酵木薯酒精糟直接替代6%基礎(chǔ)日糧的混合日糧組。結(jié)果表明,B組和C組的日增重較A組分別提高了6.45%(P0.05)和4.84%(P0.05),各試驗(yàn)組料肉比均低于對(duì)照組,分別降低了7.48%、9.06%、5.12%和0.39%。日糧中添加發(fā)酵木薯酒精糟后有效改善了營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)消化率,B組、C組、D組及E組干物質(zhì)消化率較對(duì)照組分別提高了8.62%(P0.05)、7.50%(P0.05)、4.75%(P0.05)和5.26%(P0.05);粗蛋白消化率較對(duì)照組分別提高了11.43%(P0.05)、9.50%(P0.05)、9.61%(P0.05)和10.61%(P0.05);粗脂肪消化率較對(duì)照組分別提高了15.66%(P0.05)、15.86%(P0.05)、12.98%(P0.05)和14.10%(P0.05);鈣的消化率則較對(duì)照組分別提高了10.46%(P0.05)、6.50%(P0.05)、6.93%(P0.05)和10.60%(P0.05)。B組、C組、D組及E組較A組的養(yǎng)殖效益均有所提高,每千克飼料的增重成本分別降低了0.683、0.833、0.523元和0.238元,其中使用處理C組飼料的效益最好。本試驗(yàn)結(jié)果說(shuō)明,生長(zhǎng)豬日糧中發(fā)酵木薯酒精糟的適宜添加量為2%~6%,能有效提高豬的生產(chǎn)性能和養(yǎng)殖效益。
[Abstract]:The effects of different levels of fermented cassava alcohol grains on the performance of growing pigs were studied. 200 pigs with initial body weight of about 26.35 鹵0.43 kg were randomly divided into 5 treatment groups with 4 replicates in each group. 10 pigs per replica. Five treatment groups were divided into two groups: group A, control group, The mixed diet groups C and D were mixed diets with fermented cassava alcohol grains of 2% and 15% respectively, which were mixed diets with fermented cassava alcohol grains instead of 6% basal diets. The results showed that fermentative cassava alcohol grains were used in the mixed diets of 2% and 15% respectively.
