【摘要】：養(yǎng)殖小區(qū)模式下,奶牛養(yǎng)殖主要由個(gè)體奶農(nóng)分散完成,其生產(chǎn)行為直接關(guān)系到生鮮乳的質(zhì)量安全�；谡{(diào)研的實(shí)證分析發(fā)現(xiàn),奶農(nóng)生產(chǎn)行為的安全程度與奶農(nóng)的受教育年限、對(duì)檢測(cè)指標(biāo)的熟悉程度、政府管理的嚴(yán)格程度及生鮮乳價(jià)格水平顯著正相關(guān)。因此,應(yīng)通過完善的定價(jià)機(jī)制、高質(zhì)量的養(yǎng)殖培訓(xùn)和政對(duì)養(yǎng)殖小區(qū)的有效管控來提高養(yǎng)殖小區(qū)生鮮乳質(zhì)量安全水平,并適時(shí)發(fā)展新的養(yǎng)殖模式。
[Abstract]:Cell culture mode, dairy farming mainly by individual farmers scattered, its production behavior is directly related to the quality and safety of fresh milk. The empirical research found that analysis based on the safety degree of the production of dairy farmers and dairy farmers behavior of education and process familiarity on indexes, significant positive correlation degree and fresh the price level of government milk. Therefore, the pricing mechanism perfect, high quality and effective control of the political culture training to improve farming district farming area of raw milk quality and safety standards, and timely development of new breeding mode.
