【摘要】：本試驗(yàn)旨在研究飼糧磷水平對嶗山奶山羊泌乳性能和血清生化指標(biāo)的影響。選擇體重(56.55±1.17)kg、產(chǎn)奶量(2.20±0.07)kg/d、泌乳中期的2胎健康嶗山奶山羊30只,采用單因素隨機(jī)分組設(shè)計(jì),隨機(jī)分成3組,每組10只,每只羊?yàn)?個(gè)重復(fù)。各組飼喂能量和蛋白質(zhì)水平基本一致,磷水平分別為0.26%、0.36%及0.46%的飼糧。預(yù)試期15 d,正試期60 d。結(jié)果表明:1)飼糧磷水平對干物質(zhì)采食量均無顯著影響(P0.05)。2)0.36%組產(chǎn)奶量全期平均值較高,極顯著高于0.26%組、0.46%組(P0.01),0.26%組與0.46%組差異不顯著(P0.05);干物質(zhì)采食量/產(chǎn)奶量、干物質(zhì)采食量/4%標(biāo)準(zhǔn)乳產(chǎn)量均以0.36%組較低,極顯著低于0.46%組(P0.01)。3)飼糧磷水平對乳脂率、乳蛋白率、乳糖率、乳非脂固形物率、乳磷含量、乳鈣含量均無顯著影響(P0.05)。4)飼糧磷水平對血清中鈣、磷、尿素氮含量及堿性磷酸酶活性均無顯著影響(P0.05)。由此可見,泌乳期嶗山奶山羊飼糧磷水平以0.36%為宜。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of dietary phosphorus level on lactating performance and serum biochemical indexes of Laoshan dairy goats. The body weight of Laoshan dairy goats was 56.55 鹵1.17 kg / kg, the milk yield was 2.20 鹵0.07 kg / d, and 30 healthy Laoshan milk goats of middle lactation period were selected. They were randomly divided into 3 groups, 10 in each group, and each sheep was repeated. The levels of energy and protein in each group were basically the same. The phosphorus levels were 0.26% and 0.36% and 0.46%, respectively. The results showed that the dietary phosphorus level had no significant effect on the dry matter intake in 15 days and 60 days. The results showed that the average value of milk yield was higher in the groups of 0.36% and 0.36% respectively, and the results showed that there was no significant effect on the dry matter intake in the groups of 0.26% and 0.36%, respectively. There was no significant difference between group 0.26% and group 0.46%, but the dry matter intake / milk yield, dry matter intake / milk yield per 4% standard milk yield were lower in group 0.36%, and significantly lower than those in group 0.46% (P 0.01 路3), the milk fat rate, milk protein rate, lactose rate were significantly lower than those in 0.26% group (0.46%) and 0.46% group (P < 0.05). There was no significant effect of dietary phosphorus level on serum calcium, phosphorus, urea nitrogen and alkaline phosphatase activity. The appropriate dietary phosphorus level for Laoshan dairy goats during lactation was 0.36%.
