飼糧賴氨酸水平對(duì)22~42日齡AA肉雞生長(zhǎng)性能及血清生化指標(biāo)的影響

【摘要】:試驗(yàn)旨在通過測(cè)定不同賴氨酸水平飼糧對(duì)肉雞后期生長(zhǎng)性能、血清生化指標(biāo)及部分組織器官發(fā)育的影響,以確定其適宜的賴氨酸需要量。選取22日齡AA肉雞720只,隨機(jī)分為6組,每組6個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)20只雞,采用單因素試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),6個(gè)賴氨酸水平分別為0.50%、0.70%、0.90%、1.10%、1.30%、1.60%。結(jié)果表明:(1)不同賴氨酸水平對(duì)22~42日齡AA肉雞的平均日增重有極顯著影響(P0.01),對(duì)平均日采食量有顯著影響(P0.05),而對(duì)料重比無顯著影響(P0.05)。0.90%賴氨酸水平組平均日增重顯著高于其他組(P0.05);(2)不同賴氨酸水平對(duì)22~42日齡AA肉雞血清生化指標(biāo)沒有顯著影響(P0.05);(3)不同賴氨酸水平對(duì)22~42日齡AA肉雞的胸腺指數(shù)、脾臟指數(shù)有顯著影響(P0.05),對(duì)肝臟指數(shù)、腺胃指數(shù)產(chǎn)生極顯著影響(P0.01),而對(duì)法氏囊指數(shù)、胰腺指數(shù)、心臟指數(shù)、肌胃指數(shù)均沒有顯著影響(P0.05)。綜上所述,日糧賴氨酸水平為0.90%時(shí),22~42日齡AA肉雞的生長(zhǎng)性能較好。
[Abstract]:The purpose of the experiment was to determine the appropriate lysine requirement by measuring the effects of different lysine levels on the later growth performance, serum biochemical indexes and the development of some tissues and organs of broilers. 720 AA broilers aged 22 days were selected. They were randomly divided into 6 groups, 6 replicates in each group, and 20 chickens in each replica. In a single factor design, the six lysine levels were 0.50 / 0.70 / 0.90 and 1.100.30 / 1.60 respectively. The results showed that different lysine levels had a significant effect on the average daily gain (ADG) of 2242-day-old AA broilers, and had a significant effect on average daily feed intake (P0.05N) and feed to feed ratio (P0.05a). There was no significant effect on the average daily gain (ADG) of P0.05U. 0.90% Lysine level group compared with other groups. (P 0.05) different lysine levels had no significant effect on serum biochemical indexes of 22 ~ 42-day-old AA broilers (P 0.05 ~ 0.90%) thymus index of 22 ~ 42-day-old AA broilers was not significantly affected by different lysine levels, and there was no significant effect on the thymus index of 22 ~ 42-day-old AA broilers with different lysine levels. The spleen index had a significant effect on P0.05A, the liver index and glandular stomach index had a very significant effect on P0.01C, but on the bursa of Fabricius index, pancreatic index, heart index, myogastric index, there was no significant effect on P0.05.According to the above, When dietary lysine level was 0.90, the growth performance of AA broilers at 22 ~ 42 days of age was better.
