黑色素細(xì)胞中MITF相關(guān)信號(hào)通路調(diào)控因子的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:小眼畸形相關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)錄因子(MITF)是一種含有堿性螺旋-環(huán)-螺旋亮氨酸拉鏈結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子,它是黑色素細(xì)胞色素沉積的主要調(diào)節(jié)因子。MITF基因的突變會(huì)引起黑色素細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生缺陷,進(jìn)而產(chǎn)生一些與黑色素相關(guān)的疾病,更有甚者會(huì)引起惡性腫瘤。了解MITF的分子機(jī)制及其相關(guān)通路將為這些疾病治療方法提供線(xiàn)索。MITF參與黑色素細(xì)胞的分化、生長(zhǎng)和存活,涉及多種信號(hào)通路。許多生長(zhǎng)因子信號(hào)通路也參與MITF在蛋白質(zhì)與啟動(dòng)子水平上的調(diào)節(jié)。本文總結(jié)了幾種在黑色素細(xì)胞中MITF相關(guān)生長(zhǎng)因子的信號(hào)通路。
[Abstract]:Microocular deformation-associated transcription factor (MITF) is a transcription factor with basic helico-cyclic leucine zipper structure. The mutation of MITF gene, a major regulatory factor for melanocytic pigment deposition, can cause melanocyte defects. Understanding the molecular mechanism of MITF and its related pathways will provide clues for the treatment of these diseases. MITF is involved in the differentiation, growth and survival of melanocytes. Many growth factor signaling pathways are involved in the regulation of MITF at the protein and promoter levels. In this paper, several MITF related growth factor signaling pathways in melanocytes are summarized.
