咪達(dá)唑侖對(duì)山羊不同腦區(qū)單胺類神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)影響的研究

【摘要】:為了研究咪達(dá)唑侖對(duì)山羊各腦區(qū)單胺類神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)的影響,探討咪達(dá)唑侖的作用部位及機(jī)制。將25只山羊隨機(jī)分為5組,分別為對(duì)照組、誘導(dǎo)組、麻醉組、恢復(fù)Ⅰ組和恢復(fù)Ⅱ組。連續(xù)觀察山羊行為學(xué)變化,并于相應(yīng)時(shí)間點(diǎn)采取腦組織,通過高效液相色譜(HPLC)法檢測5-羥色胺(5-HT)、5-羥吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)、去甲腎上腺素(NE)和多巴胺(DA)的含量。結(jié)果顯示,咪達(dá)唑侖主要作用部位是大腦和腦干,使5-HT和5-HIAA的含量升高,NE和DA的含量降低。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of midazolam on monoamine neurotransmitters in different brain regions of goats and to explore the site and mechanism of midazolam, 25 goats were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group, induction group and anesthetic group. The behavioral changes of goats were observed continuously, and the brain tissue was taken at the corresponding time points. The contents of 5-hydroxytryptamine 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid) (NEA) and dopamine (DAA) were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The results showed that midazolam mainly acted on the brain and brain stem. The contents of 5-HT and 5-HIAA increased and the contents of NE and DA decreased.
