【摘要】：為了觀察甘膽口服液治療人工誘發(fā)犬咳嗽的臨床療效,采用8d煙熏浴造模的方法構建犬咳嗽模型,并將成功造模的試驗犬隨機分為甘膽口服液高、中、低劑量組和陽性對照組4個組,另設空白對照組。其中甘膽口服液高、中、低劑量組試驗犬按0.2、0.1、0.05mL/kg的劑量灌服甘膽口服液,陽性對照組與空白對照組試驗犬則灌服相應量的滅菌生理鹽水。連續(xù)7d給藥后,通過臨床癥狀和咳嗽積分指數(shù)對甘膽口服液的療效進行判定。結果表明,與正常對照組相比,甘膽口服液高、中劑量組均可明顯改善臨床癥狀和降低咳嗽積分指數(shù)(P0.01),臨床癥狀和咳嗽積分指數(shù)變化無顯著差異(P0.05);且高、中劑量組之間差異不顯著(P0.05)。說明高、中劑量的甘膽口服液對人工誘發(fā)的犬咳嗽具有較好的治療作用。
[Abstract]:In order to observe the clinical effect of Gandan oral liquid on artificial induced canine cough, a canine cough model was established by 8 days smoking bath. Four groups of low dose group and positive control group were divided into blank control group, in which Gan Gan oral liquid was given to dogs at the dose of 0.2mL / kg 0.1mL / kg, medium dose and low dose group, and the control group was given Gan Dan oral liquid, and the control group was given Gan Dan oral liquid at the dose of 0.2mL / kg. The dogs in the positive control group and the blank control group were given the same amount of sterilized saline. After 7 days of administration, the curative effect of Gan Dan oral solution was evaluated by clinical symptoms and cough integral index. In the middle dose group, the clinical symptoms were significantly improved and the cough score index (P0.01) was decreased. There was no significant difference between the clinical symptoms and the cough score index (P 0.05), and the difference between the middle dose group and the middle dose group was not significant (P 0.05). The medium dose of Gan Gan oral liquid has a good therapeutic effect on artificial induced cough in dogs.
