胡蘆巴粉對肉仔雞生長性能、肉品質(zhì)、免疫器官指數(shù)及血清抗氧化和生化指標(biāo)的影響

【摘要】:本試驗旨在研究飼糧中添加不同水平胡蘆巴粉對肉仔雞生長性能、肉品質(zhì)、免疫器官指數(shù)及血清抗氧化和生化指標(biāo)的影響。試驗選用1日齡愛拔益加肉仔雞320只,隨機(jī)分為4個組,每組8個重復(fù),每個重復(fù)10只雞。各組分別飼喂含0(對照)、3%、6%、9%胡蘆巴粉的營養(yǎng)水平相同的全價飼糧,試驗期42d。結(jié)果表明:1)1~21日齡,6%和9%胡蘆巴粉組平均體重和平均日增重顯著低于對照組(P0.05),9%胡蘆巴粉組平均日采食量顯著低于對照組(P0.05),3%胡蘆巴粉組料重比顯著低于對照組(P0.05)。22~42日齡和1~42日齡,飼糧胡蘆巴粉水平對肉仔雞各項生長性能指標(biāo)均無顯著影響(P0.05)。2)9%胡蘆巴粉組胸肌滴水損失率和壓力損失率顯著低于對照組(P0.05)。飼糧胡蘆巴粉水平對胸肌pH45min、pH24h、剪切力和蒸煮損失率均無顯著影響(P0.05)。3)6%胡蘆巴粉組21日齡脾臟指數(shù)顯著高于對照組(P0.05)。飼糧胡蘆巴粉水平對21日齡胸腺指數(shù)、法氏囊指數(shù)及42日齡胸腺指數(shù)、脾臟指數(shù)和法氏囊指數(shù)均無顯著影響(P0.05)。4)9%胡蘆巴粉組的21日齡血清總超氧化物歧化酶活性高于對照組(P0.05),且顯著高于3%和6%胡蘆巴粉組(P0.05);6%胡蘆巴粉組的42日齡血清總抗氧化能力顯著高于其他各組(P0.05)。飼糧胡蘆巴粉水平對21日齡血清總抗氧化能力和丙二醛含量以及42日齡血清總超氧化物歧化酶活性和丙二醛含量均無顯著影響(P0.05)。5)9%胡蘆巴粉組的21日齡血清谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶活性顯著高于對照組(P0.05);3%胡蘆巴粉組的42日齡血清谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶活性顯著高于對照組(P0.05)。飼糧胡蘆巴粉水平對21和42日齡血清總蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、尿素氮含量和白球比及谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶活性無顯著影響(P0.05)。由此可見,胡蘆巴粉可作為一種蛋白質(zhì)飼料原料應(yīng)用于肉仔雞生產(chǎn),其具有提高肌肉系水力,促進(jìn)免疫器官發(fā)育,提高抗氧化能力和增強(qiáng)機(jī)體蛋白質(zhì)代謝的作用。胡蘆巴粉在肉仔雞飼糧中的適宜添加水平為:1~21日齡不超過3%,22~42日齡不超過6%。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of different levels of fenugreek powder on growth performance, meat quality, immune organ index and serum antioxidant and biochemical indexes of broilers. They were randomly divided into 4 groups with 8 repeats in each group and 10 chickens in each replica. Each group was fed with a full price diet containing 0 (control group) with 6% fenugreek powder and 9% fenugreek powder with the same nutritional level. The results showed that the average body weight and average daily gain of the 6% and 9% fenugreek powder groups were significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05 + 9% fenugreek powder group), which were significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05%) and the average daily feed weight ratio of the control group (P 0.05%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05%). Group A (P 0.05). 22 (42 days) and 1 (1) 42 days old. There was no significant effect of dietary fenugreek powder level on growth performance indexes of broilers. The pectoralis drop loss rate and pressure loss rate in fenugreek powder group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The effects of dietary fenugreek powder level on pH 45 min pH 24 h, shear force and steam loss were significant. The bursa of Fabricius index and thymus index of 42 days old, The spleen index and bursa index had no significant effect on the activity of total superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the 21-day-old group of fenugreek powder group, and significantly higher than that in the group of 3% and 6% fenugreek powder group (P0.05% fenugreek powder group) and the 42-day-old serum of the group of 6% fenugreek powder with 3% and 6% fenugreek powder groups. The level of dietary fenugreek powder had no significant effect on the total antioxidant capacity and malondialdehyde content in 21-day-old serum, as well as on the total superoxide dismutase activity and malondialdehyde content in 42-day-old serum. The activity of serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase in the group of fenugreek powder was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05%), and the activity of serum alanine aminotransferase in the group of forage fenugreek powder was significantly higher than that in the control group at the age of 42 days. The effect of dietary fenugreek powder level on the serum total protein of 21 and 42 days of age was significantly higher than that of the control group. The contents of albumin, globulin, urea nitrogen, white ball ratio and the activity of glutamate-pyruvate transaminase were not significantly affected. It can be seen that fenugreek powder can be used as a kind of protein feed raw material for broiler production, and it can improve the water power of muscle system. The optimum supplementation level of fenugreek powder in the diet of broilers was that the age of 1: 21 days was not more than 3 ~ 22 ~ (42) days old and the age of 6 ~ (th) was not more than 6 ~ (th) ~ (th).
