聚鹽植物堿蓬的營(yíng)養(yǎng)及其對(duì)育肥羊飼用效果的研究

【摘要】:受土地鹽堿化和牧草資源短缺的影響,鹽生植物堿蓬作為非常規(guī)飼料是一種潛在的飼料資源,但是現(xiàn)有的研究結(jié)果初步表明,鹽生植物作為一類特殊的飼料資源,有效能值低和含鹽量高是其最突出的2個(gè)限制因素。能否把堿蓬整株作為常規(guī)粗飼料替代品這方面,鮮有研究報(bào)道,本實(shí)驗(yàn)可以填補(bǔ)堿蓬飼料化這一領(lǐng)域空白。本實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)體外篩選的配方進(jìn)行動(dòng)物飼喂試驗(yàn)及效果驗(yàn)證,采用飼養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)與消化試驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的辦法,對(duì)堿蓬飼料的適口性、對(duì)動(dòng)物的生長(zhǎng)性能、健康狀況及消化利用效率進(jìn)行測(cè)定和評(píng)價(jià):應(yīng)用康奈爾凈碳水化合物-蛋白質(zhì)(CNCPS)體系對(duì)查干淖爾堿蓬的營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值進(jìn)行評(píng)定;本實(shí)驗(yàn)旨在對(duì)堿蓬營(yíng)養(yǎng)與飼喂價(jià)值評(píng)定,對(duì)鹽生植物飼料化開發(fā)利用提供技術(shù)儲(chǔ)備和理論依據(jù)。1.堿蓬常規(guī)營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分測(cè)定通過常規(guī)營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分的分析,堿蓬與常規(guī)粗飼料羊草相比,CP(DM%)略高,ADF(DM%)、NDF(DM%)和ADL(DM%)較低,堿蓬中Ash(DM%)含量明顯高于羊草?梢源笾屡袛鄩A蓬的營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值優(yōu)于羊草。2.應(yīng)用CNCPS體系對(duì)堿蓬營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值及飼用價(jià)值評(píng)定CNCPS體系對(duì)蛋白質(zhì)和碳水化物的劃分,同地區(qū)的堿蓬與其他常規(guī)牧草相比,蛋白中易消化降解部分B1、PB2比例相對(duì)較高,難以消化降解部分PC遠(yuǎn)低于常規(guī)粗飼料。碳水化合物中易消化利用的部分CA、CB1所占比例明顯高于其他常規(guī)粗飼料,不易消化利用部分CC所占比例明顯低于其他常規(guī)粗飼料。3.不同梯度堿蓬日糧對(duì)綿羊生長(zhǎng)性能的影響通過飼養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)飼喂不同梯度堿蓬日糧得出結(jié)論,以500%堿蓬替代常規(guī)粗飼料,綿羊生長(zhǎng)性能最好,平均日增重最高。4.不同梯度堿蓬日糧對(duì)綿羊各營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分消化率的影響通過消化試驗(yàn)飼喂不同梯度堿蓬日糧得出結(jié)論,堿蓬平均CP消化率較低,但日均可消化獲得CP量高于常規(guī)粗飼料;堿蓬平均GE消化率與常規(guī)粗飼料沒有顯著差異,但日均獲得DE低于常規(guī)粗飼料。
[Abstract]:Influenced by the salinization of land and the shortage of forage resources, Suaeda salsa, as an unconventional feed, is a potential forage resource. However, the present research results show that halophyte is a special kind of forage resource. Low effective value and high salt content are the two most prominent limiting factors. Whether the whole Suaeda salsa strain can be used as a conventional forage substitute is rarely reported. This experiment can fill up the blank in the field of Suaeda salsa feed. In this experiment, the formula selected in vitro was fed to animals and its effect was verified. The palatability of Suaeda salsa feed was studied by combining feeding test with digestion test. The growth performance, health status and digestibility efficiency of animals were measured and evaluated. The nutritional value of Suaeda charanannae was evaluated by using the Cornell net carbohydrate-protein CNCPS system. The purpose of this experiment was to evaluate the nutrition and feeding value of Suaeda salsa and to provide technical reserve and theoretical basis for the development and utilization of halophytic plant feed. Suaeda salsa is a little higher than conventional crude forage Leymus chinensis. The nutrient value of Suaeda salsa was higher than that of Leymus chinensis, and the nutritional value of Suaeda salsa was better than that of Leymus chinensis. The nutritional value and feed value of Suaeda salsa were evaluated by using CNCPS system to evaluate the classification of protein and carbohydrate in CNCPS system. Compared with other conventional forage, Suaeda salsa in the same area has a relatively high proportion of easily digestible and degradable part B _ (1) O _ (2). The percentage of carbohydrates easily digestible and reused part of CAGCB1 was significantly higher than that of other conventional fodder. The effect of different gradient Suaeda Suaeda Diet on growth performance of Sheep was concluded by feeding different gradient Suaeda Suaeda Diet with 500% Suaeda salsa instead of conventional forage. The effect of different gradient Suaeda Suaeda Diet on the digestibility of nutrient components in Sheep was studied. The results showed that the average CP digestibility of Suaeda salsa was lower than that of the control. The average GE digestibility of Suaeda salsa was not significantly different from that of the conventional forage, but the average DE obtained per day was lower than that of the conventional crude feed.
