免疫增強(qiáng)劑提高禽用二聯(lián)苗免疫效力的研究

【摘要】:為評(píng)價(jià)免疫增強(qiáng)劑(VA5)對(duì)禽用聯(lián)苗的免疫增強(qiáng)作用,將VA5分別與市售雞新城疫-傳染性法氏囊(新法)二聯(lián)苗合用免疫SPF雞和蛋雞、與新城疫-H9亞型禽流感(新流)二聯(lián)苗合用僅免疫SPF雞,評(píng)價(jià)免疫后的抗體效價(jià)和SPF雞攻毒后的保護(hù)效力。結(jié)果顯示,SPF雞或蛋雞免疫含VA5的新法二聯(lián)苗、新流二聯(lián)苗后,新城疫血凝抑制(HI)抗體效價(jià)比常規(guī)苗組提前1周達(dá)到6 log2,禽流感HI抗體效價(jià)比常規(guī)苗組提前1周達(dá)到7 log2,法氏囊血清瓊擴(kuò)抗體和中和抗體比常規(guī)苗組均提前1周合格,且3種抗體持續(xù)高于常規(guī)疫苗組。免疫含VA5疫苗組的SPF雞對(duì)新城疫強(qiáng)毒攻毒,以臨床癥狀判斷,可達(dá)全保護(hù);以囊病變和臨床癥狀判斷,對(duì)法氏囊的攻毒提供全保護(hù);H9變異株攻毒后不排毒。對(duì)上述3種病毒的保護(hù)力均高于常規(guī)苗。上述結(jié)果表明,VA5免疫增強(qiáng)劑能夠提高雞新法二聯(lián)苗、新流二聯(lián)苗對(duì)雞的免疫效力,具有很好的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the immune enhancement effect of VA5) on avian vaccine, SPF and laying hens were immunized with VA5 combined with Newcastle disease (NDV) and infectious bursal bursa (IBD) vaccine respectively. Only SPF chickens were immunized with Newcastle disease H9 subtype avian influenza vaccine. The antibody titers after immunization and the protective effect of SPF chickens were evaluated. The results showed that SPF chickens or layers were immunized with the new method double vaccine containing VA5, and after the new flow double vaccine, the antibody titers and the protective effect of SPF chickens were evaluated. The titer of HI antibody of Newcastle disease was 6 log2 weeks earlier than that of routine vaccine group, HI antibody titer of avian influenza reached 7 log2 weeks earlier than that of routine vaccine group, and the titer of antibody and neutralizing antibody in serum of bursa of Fabricius was 1 week earlier than that of routine vaccine group. The SPF chickens immunized with VA5 vaccine could be completely protected against Newcastle disease (NDV) by clinical symptom judgement, and by cystic disease and clinical symptoms. The total protection against bursa of bursa was provided to H9 mutant strain without detoxification. The protective power of the above three viruses was higher than that of conventional vaccine. The results showed that VA5 immunopotentiator could improve the immune efficacy of the new vaccine and the new lipids vaccine against chickens. It has a good application prospect.
