【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展及人民感情生活的豐富,飼養(yǎng)犬的數(shù)量不斷增加。犬瘟熱是犬常見(jiàn)的傳染病之一,其發(fā)病率和死亡率高,給寵物養(yǎng)殖戶(hù)造成極大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失和精神痛苦。保定市養(yǎng)犬?dāng)?shù)量較多,品種較為齊全,但由于飼養(yǎng)管理水平較低,造成犬瘟熱時(shí)有發(fā)生,且臨床表現(xiàn)復(fù)雜、防治難度較大。為查明保定市犬瘟熱的發(fā)病規(guī)律,建立簡(jiǎn)便、快捷、準(zhǔn)確率高的診斷方法,探索有效的防治方案。本試驗(yàn)選取保定市有代表性的幾家寵物醫(yī)院接診的犬瘟熱病犬為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)查閱病歷、臨床調(diào)查、犬瘟熱免疫膠體金試劑盒檢查、包涵體檢查等,查明保定市犬犬瘟熱的發(fā)病率和流行特點(diǎn);通過(guò)臨床癥狀觀察和病理學(xué)檢查,查明保定市犬瘟熱的發(fā)病類(lèi)型,并對(duì)犬瘟熱病犬進(jìn)行血液生理生化指標(biāo)測(cè)定。選擇不同病型的犬瘟熱病犬分別按5種治療方案分組進(jìn)行治療試驗(yàn),觀察治療效果。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:保定市犬犬瘟熱的發(fā)病率為11.7%,以10月份發(fā)病率最高,占發(fā)病總數(shù)的14.6%;6月、7月份發(fā)病率最低,分別占發(fā)病總數(shù)的3.7%、3.3%。中小型犬、純種犬、3~12月齡的犬、市區(qū)飼養(yǎng)的犬、未進(jìn)行免疫的犬發(fā)病率最高,分別占犬瘟熱發(fā)病總數(shù)的63.2%、64.2%、72.4%、63.7%、60.3%。5歲以上的犬、完成三次免疫的犬發(fā)病率最低,分別占犬瘟熱發(fā)病總數(shù)的1.7%、5.9%。保定市犬瘟熱發(fā)病類(lèi)型有呼吸型、消化型、神經(jīng)型、皮膚型和混合型5種,其中以呼吸型和混合型犬瘟熱發(fā)病率較高,分別占犬瘟熱發(fā)病總數(shù)的38.0%和36.7%;而皮膚型和神經(jīng)型犬瘟熱發(fā)病率較低,分別占犬瘟熱發(fā)病總數(shù)的5.9%和7.1%。神經(jīng)型和混合型犬瘟熱死亡率較高,分別占犬瘟熱發(fā)病總數(shù)的90.6%和93.3%;而皮膚型犬瘟熱死亡率最低,占犬瘟熱發(fā)病總數(shù)的69.9%。犬瘟熱病犬體溫呈雙相熱型,主要病理變化在呼吸道、消化道和腦部。對(duì)于疑似呼吸型和消化型的犬瘟熱病犬,用眼鼻分泌物作為檢驗(yàn)物的病毒檢出率最高,分別為84%、78%;用血液作為檢驗(yàn)物的病毒檢出率最低,分別為56%、52%。對(duì)于疑似神經(jīng)型和混合型的犬瘟熱病犬,用眼鼻分泌物作為檢驗(yàn)物的病毒檢出率最高,分別為80%、86%;用糞便作為檢驗(yàn)物的病毒檢出率最低,分別為56%、54%。對(duì)確診犬瘟熱病死犬進(jìn)行包涵體檢查表明病犬膀胱黏膜上皮細(xì)胞犬瘟熱包涵體的檢出率最高,為80%,膽囊黏膜上皮細(xì)胞犬瘟熱包涵體的檢出率最低,為60%。犬瘟熱病犬血液中白細(xì)胞總數(shù)(WBC)、紅細(xì)胞壓積(HTC)顯升高,分別為20.50±5.62×109/L、2.14±0.43 L/L;淋巴細(xì)胞數(shù)(LYM#)、淋巴細(xì)胞百分百(LY%)、中性粒細(xì)胞數(shù)(NEUT#)上升,分別為5.50±1.88×109/L、37.41±3.86%、12.53±2.14×109/L。各病型犬瘟熱病犬血清天冬氨酸轉(zhuǎn)移酶(AST)、丙氨酸轉(zhuǎn)移酶(ALT)、肌酐(CREA)、尿素(UREA)、球蛋白(GOS)均有不同程度的上升,白蛋白(ALB)、總蛋白(TP)、白球比(ALB/GOS)均有不同程度的下降。治療結(jié)果顯示,方案Ⅴ的治愈率最高,為22.0%;消化型犬瘟熱病犬的治愈率最高,為22.4%;神經(jīng)型犬瘟熱病犬的治愈率最低,僅為6.8%。
