【摘要】：動物(人)寄生性蠕蟲病主要由寄生性線蟲、吸蟲和絳蟲引起,嚴重威脅著人和動物的健康,但目前尚無有效的防治措施。近年來,隨著測序技術的不斷發(fā)展,越來越多種類的寄生性蠕蟲基因組序列被測定和解析,寄生性蠕蟲的生物學特征也被更深層次地挖掘。本文中作者將就寄生性蠕蟲全基因組測序現(xiàn)狀、基因的組成及特征、功能基因組的研究等進行綜述,為深入了解寄生性蠕蟲的起源、進化和致病機制,以及為寄生性蠕蟲病的診斷、新藥設計和疫苗研發(fā)提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:Parasitic helminths in animals (humans) are mainly caused by parasitic nematode, trematode and tapeworm, which seriously threaten the health of human beings and animals, but there are no effective control measures. In recent years, with the development of sequencing technology, More and more species of parasitic worm genome sequences have been determined and analyzed, and the biological characteristics of parasitic worms have also been further excavated. The research on functional genomes is reviewed to provide a new idea for further understanding the origin, evolution and pathogenesis of parasitic worms, as well as for the diagnosis of parasitic helminths, the design of new drugs and the development of vaccines.
