【摘要】：本文建立了用高效液相色譜-二極管陣列檢測(cè)器法(HPLC-DAD)測(cè)定飼料樣品中苯基脲類農(nóng)藥殘留分析方法。測(cè)定中使用C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流動(dòng)相為乙腈和水,采用溶劑梯度結(jié)合波長(zhǎng)和流速梯度等洗脫技術(shù)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:6種農(nóng)藥在20 min內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)了基線分離,線性相關(guān)系數(shù)≥0.9990,檢出限為0.2~1.0 mg/L,平均回收率為83.6%~93.9%,其相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD)為1.24%~4.64%,該方法操作簡(jiǎn)單,靈敏度高,結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確可靠。
[Abstract]:A method for the determination of phenylurea pesticide residues in feed samples by high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector (HPLC-DAD) was established. The determination was performed on a 250 mm 脳 4.6 mm ~ (5 渭 m) column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile and water.
