【摘要】：口蹄疫病毒(FMDV)3C蛋白酶是FMDV基因組編碼中具有酶學(xué)活性的病毒產(chǎn)物之一,在FMDV編碼蛋白的成熟和子代病毒在宿主細(xì)胞體內(nèi)大量擴(kuò)增中發(fā)揮著重要作用。3C蛋白酶能剪切多聚蛋白,降解特定的蛋白質(zhì),是宿主細(xì)胞中重要的毒力因子。3C蛋白酶能調(diào)控蛋白的轉(zhuǎn)錄和翻譯,使宿主細(xì)胞內(nèi)的干擾素等多種抗病毒基因低水平表達(dá),使FMDV逃避宿主的天然免疫。論文主要綜述了FMDV 3C蛋白酶的結(jié)構(gòu)、生物學(xué)功能,并介紹了其在研制新型疫苗中的應(yīng)用,以期為今后FMDV 3C蛋白酶的研究、新型疫苗的研發(fā)提供參考。
[Abstract]:Foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV) 3C protease is one of the viral products with enzymatic activity in FMDV genome coding. It plays an important role in the maturation of FMDV coding protein and the amplification of progeny virus in host cells. Degradation of specific proteins is an important virulence factor. 3C protease can regulate the transcription and translation of proteins and make many antiviral genes such as interferon low level expression in host cells. This paper reviews the structure and biological function of FMDV 3C protease, and introduces its application in the development of new vaccine, in order to provide reference for the research of FMDV 3C protease and the development of new vaccine in the future.
