艾蒿水提物對肉仔雞生產(chǎn)性能和免疫功能的影響

【摘要】:本論文研究了日糧中添加不同水平的艾蒿水提物對肉仔雞生產(chǎn)性能和免疫功能的影響,旨在為艾蒿水提物在肉仔雞日糧中的科學應用提供理論依據(jù)。試驗選取了192只1日齡體重相近的健康A(chǔ)A肉仔雞,隨機分為4個處理,每個處理6個重復,每個重復8只雞。各組試驗日糧分別是在基礎(chǔ)日糧中添加0、500、1000、2000 mg/kg的艾蒿水提物配制而成。試驗期42d,分前后兩期,各21d。試驗結(jié)果如下:(1)試驗條件下,與對照組相比,試驗組添加量為500、1000、2000 mg/kg時日增重顯著增加,增加量分別為8.5%、7.3%、7.7%。這表明適量添加艾蒿水提物能提高肉仔雞生長性能,而添加量為500 mg/kg時效果最好。(2)艾蒿水提物會對肉仔雞的營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)代謝產(chǎn)生影響。試驗后期,添加艾蒿水提物能夠顯著提高干物質(zhì)和粗蛋白的表觀消化率(P0.05),而添加量為2000 mg/kg時鈣的代謝率較對照組顯著增加。(3)艾蒿水提物能夠顯著提高肉仔雞小腸食糜中消化酶活性,并促進小腸黏膜的發(fā)育。試驗結(jié)果表明,飼料中添加艾蒿水提物對糜蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶、淀粉酶的活性都有很好的提高作用,總體來說以添加量為500 mg/kg時效果最好;試驗前期,添加量為1000和2000 mg/kg時回腸絨毛高度顯著高于對照組,添加水平為2000 mg/kg時十二指腸隱窩深度和添加水平為1000和2000 mg/kg時空腸隱窩深度顯著小于對照組,綜合來看,與對照組相比,當艾蒿水提物添加量為1000和2000 mg/kg時十二指腸和回腸的絨毛高度和隱窩深度比值顯著增大。試驗后期,添加量為1000與2000 mg/kg時空腸隱窩深度顯著低于對照組,其它指標不顯著。(4)艾蒿水提物能夠增加肉仔雞的瘦肉率,并提高肉品質(zhì)。試驗結(jié)果表明,添加量為2000 mg/kg時瘦肉率顯著增加;添加量為500、1000 mg/kg時肉色L*顯著降低;添加量為500 mg/kg時熟肉率顯著降低。(5)艾蒿水提物能夠顯著增加法氏囊指數(shù),并顯著提高免疫球蛋白M (IgM)、免疫球蛋白G (IgG)含量(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:The effects of different levels of water extract of Artemisia argyi on the performance and immune function of broilers were studied in this paper. In order to provide theoretical basis for the scientific application of Artemisia annua water extract in broiler diet, 192 healthy AA broilers with similar body weight of 1 day were selected and randomly divided into 4 treatments with 6 replicates each. The experimental diets were prepared by adding water extract of Artemisia argyi (0 ~ 500 ~ 1000 mg/kg) to the basal diet for 42 days, divided into two periods, 21 days each. The results were as follows: 1: 1) in comparison with the control group. In the test group, the daily gain increased significantly at the dosage of 500 ~ 1000g / 2000 mg/kg, and the increment was 8.5g / kg and 7.3N / 7.7respectively, which indicated that the water extract of Artemisia argyi could improve the growth performance of broilers. The water extract of Artemisia annua had an effect on nutrient metabolism of broilers when the dosage was 500 mg/kg. The apparent digestibility of dry matter and crude protein was significantly increased by adding water extract of Artemisia argyi, and the metabolic rate of calcium was significantly higher than that of control group at 2 000 mg/kg.) the activity of digestive enzyme in small intestine chyme of broilers was significantly increased by water extract of Artemisia argyi. The results showed that the water extract of Artemisia argyi had a good effect on the activities of chymotrypsin, trypsin and amylase. The villi height of ileum was significantly higher at 1 000 and 2 000 mg/kg, the depth of duodenal crypt and space time crypt at 2 000 mg/kg and 1 000 mg/kg and 2 000 mg/kg were significantly lower than those in control group. The villus height and crypt depth ratio of duodenum and ileum increased significantly when the water extract of Artemisia argyi was added at 1 000 and 2 000 mg/kg, and the depth of intestinal crypt at 1 000 and 2 000 mg/kg was significantly lower than that in control group. Other indexes were not significant. (4) the water extract of Artemisia annua could increase the lean meat rate and improve the meat quality of broilers. The results showed that the lean meat rate increased significantly when the dosage was 2 000 mg/kg, and the meat color L* decreased significantly when the addition amount was 500 ~ 1 000 mg/kg. The water extract of Artemisia argyi significantly increased the bursa index of bursa of Fabricius, and also increased the content of immunoglobulin (IgM) and immunoglobulin G (IgG) in Artemisia wormwood at a dosage of 500 mg/kg.
