不同鈣、磷水平日糧對11~14月齡奶水牛生長性能、養(yǎng)分消化率和血液指標(biāo)的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究飼喂不同鈣、磷水平日糧對11~14月齡生長奶水牛生長性能、各營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)表觀消化率以及相關(guān)血液指標(biāo)的影響,為建立生長奶水牛的飼養(yǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。試驗(yàn)一:選取28頭11-14月齡體重相近的生長期健康奶水牛,隨機(jī)分為4組,每組7頭,試驗(yàn)1、2、3、4組分別飼喂精料鈣含量為0.35%、0.8%、1.25%、1.7%的試驗(yàn)飼糧,飼養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)52天,其中預(yù)飼期10d,正式期42d,正式期最后4天進(jìn)行消化代謝試驗(yàn),正式期分別于第1d、36d清晨空腹測定11-14月齡奶水牛的生長發(fā)育指標(biāo),并采集血液樣品進(jìn)行分析。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:(1)不同鈣水平日糧對11-14月齡生長奶水牛干物質(zhì)采食量影響差異顯著(P0.05),試驗(yàn)3組奶水牛的干物質(zhì)采食量顯著高于試驗(yàn)4組;對試牛平均日增重和料重比影響差異不顯著(P0.05),試驗(yàn)1、2、3、4組生長牛平均日增重分別為703.49g/d、648.84 g/d、741.86 g/d、 693.02 g/d,第3組平均日增重最高。(2)日糧不同鈣水平對11-14月齡奶水牛日糧干物質(zhì)、粗蛋白質(zhì)、中性洗滌纖維和酸性洗滌纖維的表觀消化率影響差異不顯著(P0.05),但對鈣、磷表觀消化率影響極顯著(P0.01),試驗(yàn)2組鈣的表觀消化率為37.89%為最高,并顯著高于試驗(yàn)4組;試驗(yàn)2組磷的表觀消化率為44.74%顯著高于試驗(yàn)3、4組。(3)隨著日糧鈣水平的升高,奶水牛糞鈣、尿鈣的濃度及排泄量極顯著升高(P0.01),但對血鈣的濃度的影響差異不顯著(P0.05)。(4)飼喂不同鈣水平的日糧,對11~14月齡生長期奶水牛血液堿性磷酸酶、骨鈣素、降骨鈣素水平的影響差異不顯著(P0.05),但隨著飼糧中鈣水平的升高,血液中堿性磷酸酶活性增強(qiáng);不同鈣水平對11-14月齡生長期奶水牛血液甲狀旁腺素、25羥基維生素D含量影響差異顯著(P0.05);隨著日糧中鈣水平的升高,血液中的甲狀旁腺素水平和25羥基維生素D含量降低,其中試驗(yàn)4組顯著低于試驗(yàn)1組(P0.05)。試驗(yàn)二:選體重相近的24頭11-14月齡生長期健康奶水牛,隨機(jī)分成4組,每組6頭。試驗(yàn)1、2、3、4組日糧磷分別占精料的量0.5%、0.75%、1.00%、1.25%。飼養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)52天,其中預(yù)飼期10d,正試期42d,最后4天進(jìn)行消化代謝試驗(yàn),正式期分別于第1d、36d清晨空腹測定11-14月齡奶水牛的生長發(fā)育指標(biāo)并采血。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:(1)不同磷水平日糧對11-14月齡生長奶水牛干物質(zhì)采食量、平均日增重的影響差異不顯著(P0.05),試驗(yàn)1、2、3、4組生長牛平均日增重分別為342.11g/d、444.74 g/d、486.84 g/d /471.49g/d,第3組試驗(yàn)牛的平均日增重最高;但對試牛料重比的影響差異顯著(P0.05),試驗(yàn)1組料重比顯著低于其他三組。(2)日糧不同磷水平對11-14月齡奶水牛日糧干物質(zhì)、粗蛋白質(zhì)、中性洗滌纖維和酸性洗滌纖維的表觀消化率影響差異顯著(P0.05);對磷的表觀消化率影響差異極顯著(P0.01),試驗(yàn)3組奶水牛磷的表觀消化率為58.00%最高;但對鈣的表觀消化率影響差異不顯著(P0.05)。(3)隨著日糧磷水平的升高,對奶水牛糞磷、尿磷排泄量及其濃度的影響差異極顯著(P0.01)。(4)日糧不同磷水平對日糧氮利用率的影響差異不顯著(P0.05)。(5)不同磷水平的日糧對試牛血液醛固酮、甲狀旁腺素、25羥基維生素D、堿性磷酸酶含量的影響差異不顯著(P0.05),但對血液骨鈣素、尿素氮含量影響差異顯著(P0.05),隨著日糧中磷水平的升高,所飼喂奶水牛血液中的骨鈣素、醛固酮、尿素氮水平升高,堿性磷酸酶活性降低。(6)不同磷水平日糧對試牛血鈣、血磷濃度的影響差異不顯著(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:This experiment was conducted to study the feeding different levels of dietary calcium, phosphorus on growth performance of buffalo at the age of 11~14 months, the apparent digestibility of nutrients and related blood indicators, and provide scientific basis for the establishment of feeding standard growth. The highest dietary the calcium level of dry matter, the 11-14 month old buffalo dietary crude protein, neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber apparent digestibility was not significant difference (P0.05), but the calcium, phosphorus digestibility significantly affected (P0.01), test group 2 calcium apparent digestibility was 37.89% the highest, and was significantly higher than that in Experiment 4 groups; experimental group 2 apparent digestibility of phosphorus was 44.74% significantly higher than that of group 3,4 (3). With the increase of dietary calcium level, milk cow calcium concentration and urinary excretion of calcium increased significantly (P0.01), but no significant effect on the concentration of serum calcium (difference (P0.05). 4) fed diets with different calcium levels, growth period of milk buffalo blood alkaline phosphatase, osteocalcin in 11~14 month old, affected osteocalcin levels were not significantly different (P0.05), but with the increase in the level of dietary calcium, alkaline phosphatase activity increased in blood; different calcium level in 11-14 month old growth period milk Buffalo blood parathyroid hormone, 25 hydroxy vitamin D content significantly (P0.05); with the increase of dietary Ca levels in the blood, reduce the levels of parathyroid hormone and 25 hydroxy vitamin D content, the test group 4 was significantly lower than that of experimental group 1 (P0.05). Experiment two: 24 at the age of 11-14 month of similar weight the growth period of healthy dairy buffalo, were randomly divided into 4 groups, 6 pigs in each group. (3) with the increase of dietary phosphorus level on milk cow dung, phosphorus, urinary excretion of phosphorus concentration and its effect was significantly different (P0.01). (4) different levels of dietary phosphorus had no significant differences in dietary nitrogen utilization effect (P0.05). (5) of dietary phosphorus level on bovine blood aldosterone, parathyroid hormone, 25 hydroxy vitamin D, alkaline phosphatase content had no significant difference (P0.05), but the effect on blood osteocalcin, urea nitrogen content had significant difference (P0.05), with the increase of phosphorus level in diets, the feeding of buffalo in the blood serum osteocalcin, aldosterone, elevated blood urea nitrogen level, the activity of alkaline phosphatase decreased. (6) of bovine serum calcium phosphorus level, blood phosphorus concentration had no significant difference (P0.05).
