腸炎沙門菌感染對濟(jì)寧百日雞盲腸TLR2、TLR4、NOD1、NALP3基因表達(dá)的影響

【摘要】:為分析腸炎沙門菌感染后不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)濟(jì)寧百日雞盲腸TLR2、TLR4、NOD1和NALP3基因表達(dá)的變化規(guī)律,試驗(yàn)選用2日齡腸炎沙門菌陰性濟(jì)寧百日雞為試驗(yàn)動物,接種腸炎沙門菌,應(yīng)用熒光定量PCR分別檢測接種后第1、3、7、14、21、28和35天試驗(yàn)組與對照組盲腸組織TLR2、TLR4、NOD1、NALP3 4個(gè)基因的表達(dá)變化。結(jié)果:腸炎沙門菌感染后第3、7、21、28和35天,試驗(yàn)組和對照組盲腸TLR2的表達(dá)量差異顯著(P0.05),除感染后第3天TLR2的表達(dá)量顯著降低外,其他各時(shí)間點(diǎn)TLR2的表達(dá)量均顯著升高(P0.05);感染后第3、21、28天TLR4的表達(dá)量顯著升高,分別為對照組的1.79、1.52、1.21倍(P0.05);感染后第7天,試驗(yàn)組NOD1和NALP3的表達(dá)量均顯著低于對照組,分別為對照組的0.37和0.61倍(P0.05);感染后第21天,試驗(yàn)組NALP3基因的表達(dá)量顯著升高,為對照組的1.27倍(P0.05)。研究結(jié)果表明:TLRs和NLRs基因在腸炎沙門菌感染后被激活,且表現(xiàn)出協(xié)同調(diào)控作用,這種協(xié)同調(diào)控在感染后第7天最為明顯。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the changes of TLR2TLR4 NOD1 and NALP3 gene expression in the cecum of Chicken at different time points after Salmonella enteritis infection, salmonella enteritidis negative Chicken was selected as experimental animal and Salmonella enteritidis was inoculated with Salmonella enteritidis. Fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect the expression of four genes of TLR2TLR4NOD1 and NALP3 in the caecum of the experimental group and the control group on the 1st and 35th day after inoculation. Results: Salmonella enteritis infected Salmonella enteritidis on the 2nd and 35th day. There was a significant difference in the expression of TLR2 between the experimental group and the control group (P 0.05). Except for the decrease of TLR2 expression on the 3rd day after infection, the expression of TLR2 increased significantly at all other time points, and the expression of TLR4 increased significantly on the 28th day after infection. On the 7th day after infection, the expression of NOD1 and NALP3 in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, 0.37 and 0.61 times of the control group, respectively, and the expression of NALP3 gene in the experimental group increased significantly on the 21st day after infection. The results showed that the genes of 1: TLRs and NLRs were activated after Salmonella enteritis infection and showed synergistic regulation, which was most obvious on the 7th day after infection.
