【摘要】：正建設(shè)和完善動(dòng)物防疫體系,提高動(dòng)物疫病的預(yù)防和控制能力,是實(shí)現(xiàn)養(yǎng)殖業(yè)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定健康發(fā)展的前提條件,也是保障食品安全和公共衛(wèi)生安全的必然要求。加強(qiáng)動(dòng)物防疫體系建設(shè)是保障公共衛(wèi)生安全的需要,是促進(jìn)養(yǎng)殖業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的需要,是增加農(nóng)民收入,繁榮農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的需要,是提高我國(guó)動(dòng)物產(chǎn)品國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的需要,是維護(hù)生態(tài)平衡和履行國(guó)際公約的需要。
[Abstract]:The establishment and improvement of animal epidemic prevention systems and the ability to prevent and control animal epidemics are prerequisites for the sustainable, stable and healthy development of the breeding industry. It is also an inevitable requirement for ensuring food safety and public health safety. Strengthening the construction of animal epidemic prevention systems is the need to ensure public health safety, to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the aquaculture industry, and to increase farmers' income.
