葡萄糖氧化酶對(duì)大河烏豬妊娠母豬繁殖性能和抗氧化能力的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在探討葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)對(duì)大河烏豬妊娠母豬繁殖性能、血清抗氧化指標(biāo)和飼糧養(yǎng)分消化率的影響。選擇健康經(jīng)產(chǎn)(3~5胎)大河烏豬妊娠母豬60頭,隨機(jī)分為4個(gè)組,每組15個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)1頭豬。對(duì)照組飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧,GOD1、GOD2和GOD3組飼喂在基礎(chǔ)飼糧中分別添加200、400和600 mg/kg GOD的試驗(yàn)飼糧。母豬產(chǎn)前30 d開始試驗(yàn),直到仔豬斷奶時(shí)結(jié)束。結(jié)果表明:1)與對(duì)照組相比,飼糧中添加400和600 mg/kg GOD可增加大河烏豬妊娠母豬的產(chǎn)仔數(shù)和產(chǎn)活仔數(shù)(P0.05);飼糧中添加600 mg/kg GOD可顯著增加仔豬初生重和20日齡重(P0.05)。2)與對(duì)照組相比,飼糧中添加600 mg/kg GOD可顯著增加大河烏豬妊娠母豬和仔豬血清谷胱甘肽過氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和總抗氧化能力(T-AOC)(P0.05),顯著降低血清丙二醛(MDA)含量(P0.05)。3)與對(duì)照組相比,飼糧中添加600 mg/kg GOD可顯著增加大河烏豬妊娠母豬飼糧粗脂肪(EE)和磷(P)的消化率(P0.05)。本試驗(yàn)條件下,大河烏豬母豬妊娠后期(產(chǎn)前30 d)飼糧中添加600 mg/kg GOD可提高母豬的繁殖性能,增強(qiáng)母豬和仔豬抗氧化能力,提高母豬對(duì)飼糧EE和P的消化能力,提高飼糧利用率。
[Abstract]:The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of glucose oxidase oxidase (GODO) on reproductive performance, serum antioxidant index and dietary nutrient digestibility in Dahewu pregnant sows. Sixty pregnant sows were randomly divided into 4 groups. The control group was fed with basal diet GOD1 GOD2 and the GOD3 group was fed with 200,400 and 600 mg/kg GOD in the basal diet, respectively. The experiment began 30 days before the birth of the sows. At the end of weaning the piglets, the results showed that: 1) compared with the control group, Addition of 400 mg/kg GOD and 600 mg/kg GOD to diet increased litter size and live litter size of pregnant sows in Dahewu pig, and the addition of 600 mg/kg GOD in diet significantly increased birth weight and 20-day weight of piglets compared with the control group. Dietary supplementation of 600 mg/kg GOD significantly increased the activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and total antioxidant capacity of serum glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and decreased the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum of pregnant sows and piglets compared with the control group. Dietary supplementation of 600 mg/kg GOD could significantly increase the digestibility of crude fat (EEE) and phosphorus (P0. 05) in the diet of Dahewu pregnant sows. Under the experimental conditions, the addition of 600 mg/kg GOD to the diet of Dahewu sows in the second trimester of pregnancy (30 days before delivery) could improve the reproductive performance of sows. The antioxidant capacity of sows and piglets was enhanced, the digestibility of dietary EE and P in sows was improved, and the dietary utilization ratio was improved.
