【摘要】：為了解廣東地區(qū)豬群中豬鏈球菌(Streptococcus suis,SS)的流行情況,本研究對在廣東地區(qū)養(yǎng)殖場采集的228份發(fā)病豬群樣品及698份健康豬群樣品(包括455份鼻拭子樣品及243份屠宰場扁桃體樣品)進(jìn)行了SS攜帶情況的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果顯示,發(fā)病豬群SS的陽性率為82.02%(187/228),健康豬群的SS陽性率為42.20%(192/455),其中屠宰場屠宰豬群的SS陽性率為32.10%(78/243)。將從發(fā)病豬群分離到的187株SS及健康豬群(含養(yǎng)豬場和屠宰場)分離得到的154株SS進(jìn)行血清型定型分析,結(jié)果顯示,發(fā)病豬群共檢測到11個(gè)血清型,包括SS1、SS2、SS3、SS4、SS7、SS8、SS9、SS16、SS19、SS29和SS31型,主要以SS2、SS3和SS19型為主,分別占16.58%、9.63%和7.49%;其次為SS7型(6.95%)和SS9型(5.34%),未定型菌株占48.66%;健康豬群共檢測到17個(gè)血清型,包括SS2、SS3、SS4、SS5、SS7、SS8、SS9、SS10、SS12、SS15、SS16、SS17、SS19、SS21、SS23、SS29和SS30型,主要以血清型SS2和SS29型為主,分別占18.83%和14.94%,其次為SS16型(6.50%),未定型菌株占31.82%。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the prevalence of Streptococcus suis SS) in swine herd in Guangdong, In this study, 228 infected pig samples and 698 healthy pig samples (including 455 nasal swabs and 243 slaughterhouse tonsils) collected from Guangdong farms were analyzed for SS carriers. The positive rate of SS in infected pigs was 82.02i / 2280.The positive rate of SS in healthy pigs was 42.20g / 1922 / 4550.The SS positive rate of slaughterhouse slaughtered pigs was 32.101078 / 2430.187 SS strains isolated from diseased pigs and healthy pigs (including pig farms and slaughterhouses) were isolated. The serotype of 154 SS strains were analyzed. The results showed that 11 serotypes were detected in the infected pigs, including SS1, SS2SS2, SS4, SS7, SS9, SS16, SS19, SS29 and SS31, mainly SS2, SS3 and SS19, accounting for 16.589.63% and 7.49% respectively, followed by SS7 (6.9595) and SS9 (5.3434), with untyped strains accounting for 48.66; 17 serotypes were detected in healthy pigs. The main types of SS23 SS29 and SS30 were serotype SS2 and SS29, accounting for 18.83% and 14.94, respectively.
