新疆阿勒泰地區(qū)牛、羊布魯氏菌病血清學(xué)調(diào)查及膠體金檢測(cè)技術(shù)的推廣

【摘要】:布魯氏菌病是由布魯氏桿菌引起的家畜、人以及多種野生動(dòng)物共同患病的惡性傳染病。布魯氏菌主要侵害動(dòng)物的生殖器官,流產(chǎn)現(xiàn)象是最為常見(jiàn),也是最為典型的臨床癥狀。其中,羊布魯氏菌病疫情較其余家畜最為嚴(yán)重、其次為牛布魯氏菌病,并且該病的病原能夠在牛、羊等多種家畜間交叉感染,造成動(dòng)物流產(chǎn)、死胎、睪丸炎、不孕不育,關(guān)節(jié)腫大等癥狀。布魯氏菌病的流行造成畜牧業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)損失嚴(yán)重,人布魯氏菌病激增,以及公共衛(wèi)生與肉、乳食品安全隱患。本研究用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試管凝集試驗(yàn)(SAT)和琥紅平板凝集試驗(yàn)(RBPT)兩種檢測(cè)方法對(duì)新疆阿勒泰地區(qū),2007年至2014年之間家畜牛和羊進(jìn)行布魯氏菌病血清學(xué)檢測(cè),共檢測(cè)牛血清429940份,羊血清343798份。結(jié)果表明,2007年至2014年阿勒泰地區(qū)牛布魯氏菌病疫情呈逐步上升趨勢(shì),2012年牛布魯氏菌病疫情最為嚴(yán)重,該年陽(yáng)性檢出率高達(dá)3.04%(2404/79181)。羊布魯氏菌病疫情上升趨勢(shì)較牛布魯氏菌病疫情上升緩慢,其中2009年和2014年羊布魯氏菌病陽(yáng)性率最高,分別為1.17%(209/17869)、1.02%(676/66595)。2014年,在原有兩種檢測(cè)方法的基礎(chǔ)上,在阿勒泰地區(qū)布爾津縣3個(gè)鄉(xiāng)的牛、羊試點(diǎn)采用RBPT與布魯氏菌病膠體金檢測(cè)試紙的檢測(cè)方法進(jìn)行布魯氏菌病的檢測(cè)。采用膠體金試紙共檢測(cè)牛血清1539份,牛布魯氏菌陽(yáng)性率1.56%(24/1539);羊血清1897份,羊布魯氏菌病陽(yáng)性率1.58%(30/2897)。采用RBPT方法檢測(cè)牛血清12345份,牛布魯氏菌陽(yáng)性率1.43%(177/12345),羊血清9926份,陽(yáng)性率1.65%(164/9926)。結(jié)果顯示,三個(gè)鄉(xiāng)中,窩依莫克鄉(xiāng)牛、羊布魯氏菌病的流行情況最為嚴(yán)重。本研究對(duì)2007年~2014年間新疆阿勒泰地區(qū)的牛、羊布魯氏菌病進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)。并嘗試使用動(dòng)物布魯氏菌病膠體金試紙用于該病的檢測(cè),本研究的結(jié)果為阿勒泰地區(qū)牛、羊布魯氏菌病的預(yù)防和控制提供有力的數(shù)據(jù)支持。
[Abstract]:Brucellosis is a malignant infectious disease caused by brucellosis in domestic animals, humans and many wild animals. Brucellosis mainly infects the reproductive organs of animals, and abortion is the most common. It is also the most typical clinical symptom. Among them, brucellosis of sheep is more serious than other domestic animals, followed by brucellosis of cattle, and the pathogen of the disease can cross infect cattle, sheep and other domestic animals, resulting in abortion and stillbirth of animals. Orchitis, infertility, swollen joints, etc. The epidemic of brucellosis has caused serious economic losses in animal husbandry, a surge in human brucellosis, and public health and meat. In this study, two methods were used to detect brucellosis in cattle and sheep from 2007 to 2014 in Altay area, Xinjiang, by using standard tube agglutination test (SAT) and succinyl red plate agglutination test (RBPTT). A total of 429940 bovine serum samples and 343798 sheep serum samples were detected. The results showed that the epidemic situation of brucellosis in Altay area from 2007 to 2014 was on the rise, and brucellosis was the most serious in 2012. The positive rate of brucellosis in sheep was as high as 3.04 / 79181. The rising trend of brucellosis in sheep was slower than that in bovine brucellosis. The highest positive rate of brucellosis in sheep was 1.17209 / 178696.076 / 66595on 2009 and 2014, respectively. On 2014, on the basis of the original two methods of detecting brucellosis, RBPT and brucellosis colloidal gold test paper were used to detect brucellosis in cattle and sheep in three townships of Brudin County, Altay. A total of 1 539 bovine serum samples were detected by colloidal gold test paper. The positive rate of brucella was 1.560.The positive rate of brucellosis in sheep was 1.897, and the positive rate of brucellosis was 1.58 / 2897. 12345 samples of bovine serum were detected by RBPT method, the positive rate of brucella was 1.4317% 12345%, the positive rate of sheep serum was 9,926, the positive rate was 1.65164% / 9926%. This study monitored brucellosis in cattle and sheep from 2007 to 2014 in Altay, Xinjiang, and tried to use colloidal gold test paper for the detection of brucellosis. The results of this study provide strong data support for the prevention and control of brucellosis in cattle and sheep in Altay area.
