【摘要】：肉羊計算機輔助育種工作需建立在系統(tǒng)、規(guī)范化的羊場生產管理模式下,大量累積數(shù)據(jù)基礎上。本文在肉羊生產管理實現(xiàn)信息化的前期工作基礎上,進一步開展育種分析,從近交系數(shù)和親緣系數(shù)入手,采用親緣協(xié)方差法,設計程序,按照獲取簡明系譜、對系譜排序、計算親緣協(xié)方差矩陣三步驟計算。該方法的特點在于無需人工做系譜圖,查找共同祖先,繪制通徑線,易于計算機編程求解,且與生產管理系統(tǒng)結合可實現(xiàn)全程自動批量運算,簡捷、快速,把育種工作者從繁瑣的勞動中解放出來,可有效提高育種工作效率。
[Abstract]:The sheep breeding work needed to establish the computer aided system, standardized sheep production management mode, the accumulation of a large number of data on the basis of this paper. Based on our previous work to realize the management informationization of mutton sheep production, breeding further analysis, starting from the inbreeding coefficient and coefficient of relationship, the genetic covariance method, the design process, according to obtain concise the pedigree, pedigree sort, genetic covariance matrix calculation three calculation steps. The characteristic of this method is no need to do artificial genealogy, find a common ancestor, draw the path line, easy solution, and can achieve full automatic operation, simple, fast and production management system combined, freeing workers from breeding hard work, can effectively improve the breeding efficiency.
