牧草分析樣品制備方法對檢測值的影響研究

【摘要】:飼草料標(biāo)準(zhǔn)樣品是一種具有較好的均勻性、穩(wěn)定性且量值準(zhǔn)確的樣品,它對檢定或養(yǎng)分分析起著重要的“量具”作用。分析測試的重要環(huán)節(jié)之一就是樣品制備,因此為保證分析結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確、減小分析誤差,正確的制備樣品便成為了關(guān)鍵步驟。選取敖漢苜蓿(Medicago sativa L. cv. Aohan)為豆科牧草代表,蒙古冰草(Agropyron mongolicum Keng)為禾本科牧草代表原料,進(jìn)行探討青鮮分析樣品和干草分析樣的制備方法和其在不同儲藏時間、不同殺青時間、不同粉碎粒度的處理下檢測指標(biāo)的變化影響,旨在為飼草料分析樣品的制備方法、品質(zhì)評價、營養(yǎng)價值的評定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化提供參數(shù)。減少在制備過程中的不當(dāng)操作,為檢測結(jié)果提供客觀、真實的檢測數(shù)值。通過實驗和分析討論得出以下結(jié)論:①豆科牧草青鮮分析樣品制備時最佳殺青時間為105℃下殺青10min。其他殺青時間段檢測指標(biāo)則表現(xiàn)出劣變現(xiàn)象。禾本科牧草青鮮分析樣品制備時的殺青時間對的檢測指標(biāo)的影響較豆科牧草不明顯,但是同樣推薦適宜殺青時間為105℃下殺青10min。②豆科牧草干草分析樣品儲藏上限時間為30d,其他儲藏時間段檢測指標(biāo)則表現(xiàn)出劣變現(xiàn)象。禾本科牧草干草分析樣品制備時的儲藏上限時間對的檢測指標(biāo)的影響較豆科牧草不明顯。在此同樣推薦制備干草分析樣品時適宜儲藏上限時間為30d。③最佳粉碎粒度:測定試樣干物質(zhì)含水量及Ash時最佳粉碎粒度應(yīng)為20目。測定試樣能量時的最佳粉碎粒度為40目。測定試樣CP、NDF、ADF、RFV是最佳粉碎粒度為60目。
[Abstract]:Forage standard sample is a kind of sample with good uniformity, stability and accurate value. It plays an important "measuring tool" role in calibration or nutrient analysis. One of the important links of analysis and testing is sample preparation. Therefore, in order to ensure the accuracy of the analysis results and reduce the analysis error, the correct preparation of the sample became the key step. Medicago sativa L.cv.Aohan was selected as the representative of leguminous forage, and Agropyron mongolicum Kengas was used as the representative forage material of Gramineae. The preparation method of green fresh analysis sample and hay analysis sample and the effect of different storage time, different green killing time and different crushing granularity on the change of detection index were discussed. The purpose of this study was to prepare the sample for forage forage analysis. Quality evaluation, nutritional value evaluation standardization provide parameters.
