【摘要】：為掌握新疆烏魯木齊市周邊雞場雞源沙門氏菌對常用抗菌藥物的耐藥性及耐藥基因的攜帶情況。從新疆烏魯木齊周邊養(yǎng)雞場共采集950份雞泄殖腔拭子,從中分離出沙門氏菌80株,采用瓊脂稀釋法對其進(jìn)行最小抑菌濃度測定;通過PCR方法對耐藥沙門氏菌進(jìn)行PMQR(qnrA、qnrB、qnrC、qnrD、qnrS、oqxA、oqxB、qepA和aac(6')Ib-cr)、β-內(nèi)酰胺酶(bla_(TEM)、bla_(CTX-M)、bla_(SHV)、bla_(KPC)、bla_(CMY-2)、bla_(LAP-1)和bla_(OXA))及16S rRNA甲基化酶(armA和rmtB)共18種耐藥基因的檢測。耐藥結(jié)果顯示:雞源沙門氏菌對環(huán)丙沙星(83.6%)和恩諾沙星(77.5%)呈現(xiàn)高水平耐藥;對阿米卡星的耐藥率(20.0%)較低。耐藥基因檢測結(jié)果為:(1)qnrS檢出率為12.5%,qnrB檢出率為13.8%,oqxA檢出率為51.3%,oqxB檢出率為51.3%,aac(6')-Ib-cr檢出率為37.5%,未檢出qnrA、qnrC、qnrD和qepA;(2)bla_(CTX-M)檢出率為5.0%,bla_(TEM)檢出率為67.5%,bla_(SHV)檢出率為13.6%,bla_(OXA)檢出率為37.5%,未檢出bla_(KPC)、bla_(LAP-1)和bla_(CMY-2)。(3)rmtB檢出率為7.5%,arm A檢出率為1.3%。烏魯木齊周邊雞場分離的雞源沙門氏菌對環(huán)丙沙星和恩諾沙星耐藥嚴(yán)重,對阿米卡星比較敏感。共檢出11種耐藥基因,基因類型較多,使養(yǎng)雞場細(xì)菌的多藥耐藥風(fēng)險加大。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the resistance of Salmonella from chicken to common antimicrobial agents and the carrying of drug-resistant genes in chicken farms around Urumqi, 950 chicken cloacal swabs were collected from the farms around Urumqi, Xinjiang. 80 strains of Salmonella were isolated and the minimal inhibitory concentration of Salmonella was determined by Agar dilution method. A total of 18 drug-resistant genes of salmonella were detected by PCR method in PMQRGR QnrAQnrAQnrC QnrC QnrCnrSnnrSoqxAoqxBOQEPA and aacoqxAoqxBUOQepA, aacoqxAoqxBOXA, 尾 -lactamase (尾 -lactamase), 尾 -lactamase, CTX, CTX-MK, blastoblastoma). Salmonella isolated from chicken farms around Urumqi was highly resistant to ciprofloxacin and enrofloxacin. A total of 11 drug resistance genes were identified, which increased the risk of multidrug resistance of chicken farm bacteria.
