【摘要】：本文介紹了生存分析的概念和特點。對線性模型、隨機回歸模型和比例風險模型等多種生存模型在家畜生產中的應用進行了比較,重點討論了比例風險模型的分布、非參數(shù)估計以及該模型的擴展應用。結果表明:線性模型適合把生存性狀定義成二元性狀進行分析,但局限是很難解釋截尾問題;隨機回歸模型可作為利用線性模型來分析截尾數(shù)據(jù),但當數(shù)據(jù)量較少或缺失時,很難處理時間依賴型變量;比例風險模型盡管目前尚不能在超過兩個性狀的多元分析中得到應用,但因其比較適合處理生存數(shù)據(jù),特別是分析截尾數(shù)據(jù)或時間依賴型變量,在動物育種數(shù)據(jù)分析時有廣泛應用。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the concept and characteristics of survival analysis, compares the applications of several survival models, such as linear model, stochastic regression model and proportional risk model, in livestock production, and discusses the distribution of proportional risk model. The nonparametric estimation and the extended application of the model show that the linear model is suitable for the analysis of survival traits as binary characters, but the limitation is that it is difficult to explain the truncation problem. The stochastic regression model can be used as a linear model to analyze truncated data, but it is difficult to deal with time-dependent variables when the amount of data is less or missing. Although the proportional risk model can not be used in multivariate analysis of more than two traits at present, it is more suitable for dealing with survival data, especially for truncated data or time-dependent variables. It is widely used in animal breeding data analysis.
