鮮菌草與靈芝菌絲發(fā)酵菌質(zhì)對(duì)奶牛產(chǎn)奶品質(zhì)和血液生理生化指標(biāo)的影響

【摘要】:研究旨在觀(guān)察鮮菌草與靈芝菌絲發(fā)酵菌質(zhì)對(duì)奶牛產(chǎn)奶品質(zhì)和血液生理生化指標(biāo)的影響。選取產(chǎn)奶量相近,胎次(1~2)胎,泌乳中期,體重?zé)o顯著性差異,遺傳組成基本相似的荷斯坦奶牛10頭,按統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)原理,隨機(jī)分為試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,每組各5頭。試驗(yàn)組每天每頭添加3.0 kg鮮菌草與靈芝菌絲發(fā)酵菌質(zhì)替代等量的青貯,對(duì)照組飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧。試驗(yàn)組除飼喂日糧不同外,其余條件都與對(duì)照組保持一致。結(jié)果表明:試驗(yàn)組牛奶中乳脂率、乳蛋白率、乳糖率比CK分別提高了2.24%、0.99%、0.42%,體細(xì)胞數(shù)降低了4.46%,但差異不顯著(P0.05);菌質(zhì)對(duì)奶牛血清中的總蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、甘油三脂、總膽固醇、葡萄糖、尿素、谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶、堿性磷酸酶、磷等生化指標(biāo)基本無(wú)影響,雖然試驗(yàn)組中Ca含量比CK含量高0.23 mmol/l,差異顯著(P0.05),但試驗(yàn)前后兩組血清Ca含量均在正常范圍內(nèi)。鮮菌草與靈芝菌絲發(fā)酵后,菌草中的纖維素和半纖維素等被大量降解,而蛋白質(zhì)、脂肪的含量卻提高了,并同時(shí)產(chǎn)生了大量的代謝產(chǎn)物(如氨基酸),提高了奶牛的采食積極性和消化率;同時(shí),靈芝菌絲體含有大量的菌絲多糖和三萜,可以提高奶牛免疫力,進(jìn)而提高其產(chǎn)奶品質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of fresh fungus and Ganoderma lucidum hypha fermentation on milk quality and blood physiological and biochemical indexes of dairy cows. Ten Holstein cows with similar genetic composition were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 5 in each group according to the principle of statistics. The experimental group was supplemented with 3.0 kg fresh fungus and Ganoderma lucidum to replace the same amount of silage every day. The results showed that the milk fat and protein in milk of the test group were the same as those of the control group, and the results showed that the milk fat and protein in the milk of the test group were the same as those of the control group. Compared with CK, the lactose rate increased by 2.24% and 0.99%, and the number of somatic cells decreased by 4.46%, but the difference was not significant (P 0.05). The total protein, albumin, globulin, triglyceride, total cholesterol, glucose, urea, alanine aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase in the serum of dairy cattle were increased respectively. Although the content of Ca in the experimental group was 0.23 mmol / L higher than that of CK, the difference was significant (P0.05%), but the serum Ca content of the two groups was within the normal range before and after the experiment. After the fermentation of fresh fungus and Ganoderma lucidum, the content of Ca in serum of the test group was higher than that of the control group. Cellulose and hemicellulose in the fungus were degraded in large quantities, while the contents of protein and fat were increased, and a large number of metabolites (such as amino acids) were produced at the same time, which increased the feeding enthusiasm and digestibility of the cows. Ganoderma lucidum mycelium contains a large number of mycelia polysaccharides and triterpenoids which can improve the immunity of dairy cows and further improve their milk quality.
