苜蓿多糖對(duì)夏季高溫環(huán)境下蛋雞生產(chǎn)性能及蛋品質(zhì)的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究夏季高溫環(huán)境下在飼糧中添加苜蓿多糖對(duì)蛋雞生產(chǎn)性能及蛋品質(zhì)的影響。將540只156日齡海蘭褐蛋雞隨機(jī)分成6組,每組6個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)15只雞。對(duì)照組飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧,試驗(yàn)組分別飼喂在基礎(chǔ)飼糧中添加250、500、1 000、2 000和4 000 mg/kg苜蓿多糖的試驗(yàn)飼糧。試驗(yàn)期為6周。結(jié)果顯示:與對(duì)照組相比,1)飼糧中添加不同水平苜蓿多糖對(duì)平均蛋重、平均日采食量、不合格蛋率和死淘率均無(wú)顯著影響(P0.05),而添加500、1 000和4 000 mg/kg苜蓿多糖顯著提高了蛋雞的產(chǎn)蛋率(P0.05),添加500、1 000、2 000和4 000 mg/kg苜蓿多糖顯著降低了料蛋比(P0.05)。2)飼糧中添加不同水平苜蓿多糖對(duì)蛋白高度和哈夫單位均無(wú)顯著影響(P0.05);250 mg/kg苜蓿多糖添加組第4和6周末的蛋黃顏色顯著提高(P0.05);500 mg/kg苜蓿多糖添加組第6周末的蛋形指數(shù)顯著降低(P0.05),第1、4和6周末的蛋黃顏色顯著提高(P0.05);1 000 mg/kg苜蓿多糖添加組第4和6周末的蛋殼顏色顯著加深(P0.05),第1、2和4周末的蛋殼強(qiáng)度和蛋殼厚度顯著提高(P0.05),第1和6周末的蛋形指數(shù)顯著降低(P0.05),第1、2、4和6周末的蛋黃顏色顯著提高(P0.05);2 000 mg/kg苜蓿多糖添加組第1和4周末的蛋殼厚度顯著提高(P0.05),第6周末的蛋形指數(shù)顯著降低(P0.05),第1、4和6周末的蛋黃顏色顯著提高(P0.05);4 000 mg/kg苜蓿多糖添加組第4周末的蛋殼顏色顯著加深(P0.05)且蛋殼強(qiáng)度顯著提高(P0.05),第1和4周末的蛋殼厚度顯著提高(P0.05),第6周末的蛋形指數(shù)顯著降低(P0.05),第1、4和6周末的蛋黃顏色顯著提高(P0.05)。結(jié)果表明,夏季高溫環(huán)境下,在飼糧中添加適量的苜蓿多糖可以有效緩解蛋雞的熱應(yīng)激,提高蛋雞的生產(chǎn)性能,改善蛋品質(zhì),且適宜添加量為1 000 mg/kg。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of alfalfa polysaccharides on the performance and egg quality of laying hens in high temperature environment in summer. 540 Hailan brown laying hens aged 156 days were randomly divided into 6 groups with 6 replicates in each group. The control group was fed with basic diet. The experimental group was fed with 2 000 and 4 000 mg/kg alfalfa polysaccharides in the basal diet. The experimental period was 6 weeks. The results showed that the average egg weight and average daily intake of alfalfa polysaccharides were increased by adding different levels of alfalfa polysaccharides to the diet compared with the control group. The percentage of unqualified eggs and the rate of dead scouring had no significant effect on P0.05, but addition of 5000.000 and 4,000 mg/kg alfalfa polysaccharides significantly increased the laying rate of laying hens, and the addition of 5000.000 and 4,000 mg/kg of alfalfa polysaccharides significantly decreased the ration of feed and egg to feed and egg ratio (P0.05 路2). There was no significant effect of alfalfa polysaccharides on protein height and Haff unit. The egg yolk color of alfalfa polysaccharides supplemented with P0.05A250 mg/kg at the end of the 4th and 6th week significantly increased the egg shape index of P0.05 mg/kg alfalfa polysaccharides added group at the end of the 6th week, and the egg shape index decreased significantly at the end of the 6th week. The yolk color at the 4th and 6th weekend significantly increased the eggshell color of the P0.05 mg/kg alfalfa polysaccharides supplementation group at the 4th and 6th weekend, and the eggshell strength and shell thickness at the 1st and 4th weekend significantly increased the egg shape at the 1st and 6th weekend. The egg yolk color increased significantly at the end of the 1st and 6th weekend, and the egg shell thickness increased significantly at the 1st and 4th weekend of the alfalfa polysaccharide supplementation group. The egg shape index decreased significantly at the end of the 6th week, and at the end of the 1st and 6th weeks, the egg shape index decreased significantly. The egg shape index increased significantly at the end of the 1st and the 6th weeks of the trial, and at the end of the 1st and the 6th weeks, the eggshell thickness of the alfalfa polysaccharides supplementation group was significantly higher than that of the control. The yolk color was significantly increased in P0.05 mg/kg alfalfa polysaccharides supplementation group (P0.05) and the eggshell strength was significantly increased at the end of the 4th week. The eggshell thickness increased significantly at the 1st and 4th weekend, and the egg shape index decreased significantly at the 6th weekend. The color of egg yolk increased significantly at the end of the 1st and 6th weeks. The results showed that the egg yolk color increased significantly at the end of the 1st and 6th weeks. Under high temperature environment in summer, adding alfalfa polysaccharides to diet could effectively relieve heat stress, improve performance and improve egg quality of laying hens, and the appropriate amount of alfalfa polysaccharides was 1 000 mg / kg.
