鎘對(duì)奶牛血常規(guī)、尿常規(guī)、血清指標(biāo)的影響

【摘要】:選擇3頭荷斯坦奶牛,飼喂0.182mg/kg(BW)的鎘21d,研究探討了鎘對(duì)奶牛血常規(guī)、尿常規(guī)、血清指標(biāo)的影響.結(jié)果表明:給鎘后奶牛紅細(xì)胞數(shù)量(RBC)、血紅蛋白濃度(Hb)顯著性降低(P0.05),紅細(xì)胞壓積(HCT)有降低的趨勢(shì)(P0.05),平均紅細(xì)胞體積(MCV)、平均紅細(xì)胞血紅蛋白量(MCH)、紅細(xì)胞平均血紅蛋白濃度(MCHC)均無顯著變化(P0.05);尿比重(SG)和蛋白質(zhì)(PRO)有增加的趨勢(shì)(P0.05),白細(xì)胞(WBC)、酮體(KET)、尿膽原(URO)、膽紅素(BIL)、隱血(BLD)、葡萄糖(GLU)和亞硝酸(NIT)均為陰性;血清總抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)有降低的趨勢(shì)(P0.05),丙二醛(MDA)、谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(AST)、谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(ALT)有升高的趨勢(shì)(P0.05),谷胱甘肽過氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、堿性磷酸酶(ALP)無顯著性變化(P0.05).
[Abstract]:Three Holstein cows were fed with cadmium (0.182 mg / kg BW) for 21 days. The effects of cadmium on blood routine and urine routine were studied. The results showed that red blood cell (RBC), hemoglobin (HB) and HCT decreased significantly (P 0.05), mean erythrocyte volume (MCV) and mean erythrocyte hemoglobin (HCT) decreased. There was no significant change in the mean hemoglobin concentration (MCHCC), but there was no significant change in the mean hemoglobin concentration (P0.05); the urine specific gravity (SGG) and protein propofol (PROP) tended to increase (P 0.05), WBCU, KETP, UURON, bilirubin BILL, BLDD, GLU and NITs were all negative. Serum total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC), superoxide dismutase (SOD), and malondialdehyde (MDA), aspartate, glutamic oxalacetic transaminase (AST), glutamate-pyruvic transaminase (alt), and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PxX, alkaline phosphatase) had a tendency to increase (P0.05), while glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PxX) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) had no significant change.
