【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究;撬(Taurine, Tau)和谷氨酰胺(Glutamine, Gln)及二者的復(fù)合添加對(duì)早期斷奶仔豬生長(zhǎng)性能、血清指標(biāo)、腸道粘膜形態(tài)和腸道粘膜相關(guān)基因的影響。試驗(yàn)一:研究Tau和Gln對(duì)早期斷奶仔豬生長(zhǎng)性能、血清指標(biāo)、腸道粘膜形態(tài)和腸道相關(guān)基因的影響。試驗(yàn)選用30頭早期斷奶仔豬,按隨機(jī)處理分為3組(每組10頭):對(duì)照組(CON),T組(0.1%Tau),G組(1.0%Gln),進(jìn)行為期17d的飼養(yǎng)試驗(yàn),其中預(yù)飼期3d。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)添加Tau和Gln能顯著提高早期斷奶仔豬日增重和采食量(P0.05),添加Gln效果優(yōu)于Tau;與對(duì)照組相比,T組和G組料肉比降低了13.01%,但差異不顯著(P0.05)。(2)對(duì)照組胸腺指數(shù)顯著低于T組和G組(P0.05),T組和G組差異不顯著(P0.05);T組和G組空腸重量指數(shù)比對(duì)照組分別提高了10.79%和10.90%,空腸長(zhǎng)度指數(shù)分別提高了7.89%和9.03%,但差異不顯著(P0.05)。(3)T組和G組血清堿性磷酸酶(AKP)活性顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05),T組血清白蛋白(ALB)濃度明顯高于對(duì)照組和G組(P0.05),Ca2+提高了24.89%和14.12%,但差異不顯著(P0.05);與對(duì)照組相比,T組和G組AST活性分別降低了7.51%和11.17%,P濃度分別降低了17.85%和12.50%。(4)各處理組總膽固醇(TC)差異不顯著;與對(duì)照組相比,T組和G組甘油三酯(TG)濃度顯著降低(P0.05)。(5)T組超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性明顯高于對(duì)照組和G組(P0.05),T組和G組過(guò)氧化氫酶(CAT)活性明顯高于對(duì)照組(P0.05),G組效果最明顯;與對(duì)照組相比,T組和G組T-AOC活性提高,一氧化氮(NO)和丙二醛(MDA)濃度降低,但差異不顯著。(6)與對(duì)照相比,T組和G組必需氨基酸(EAA)濃度都有升高的趨勢(shì),非必需氨基酸(NEAA)濃度都有降低的趨勢(shì),其中添加Tau對(duì)血清Lys、Met和Arg濃度的提高效果明顯優(yōu)于Gln。(7)T組和G組空腸絨毛高度和VH/CD明顯高于對(duì)照組(P0.05),隱窩深度明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.05),T組和G組差異不顯著(P0.05);與對(duì)照組相比,T組和G組回腸絨毛高度分別提高了6.19%和6.58%,但差異不顯著(P0.05)。(8)在空腸中,T組和G組β-catenin基因表達(dá)量明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.05),G組表達(dá)量最低,在回腸中,T組和G組β-catenin基因表達(dá)量明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.05),T組和G組差異不顯著(P0.05)。實(shí)驗(yàn)二:研究Tau和Gln復(fù)合添加劑對(duì)早期斷奶仔豬生長(zhǎng)性能、血清指標(biāo)、腸道粘膜形態(tài)和腸道相關(guān)基因的影響。試驗(yàn)選用40頭早期斷奶仔豬,按隨機(jī)處理分為4組:對(duì)照組(1%Gln),Ⅰ組(0.1%Tau+0.4%Gin),Ⅱ組(0.1%Tau+0.6%Gln),Ⅲ組(0.1%Tau+0.8%Gin),進(jìn)行為期17天的飼養(yǎng)試驗(yàn),其中預(yù)飼期3d。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)與對(duì)照組相比,Ⅰ組、Ⅱ組和Ⅲ組日增重和采食量提高,料肉比降低,其中Ⅱ組效果最好,但差異不顯著(P0.05)。(2)各處理組肝臟指數(shù)、胸腺指數(shù)、空腸重量指數(shù)和回腸重量指數(shù)差異顯著(P0.05),Ⅱ組顯著高于其它處理組。 (3)Ⅱ組和Ⅲ組白蛋白濃度顯著高于對(duì)照組和Ⅰ組(P0.05);與對(duì)照組相比,Ⅰ組、Ⅱ組和Ⅲ組AST活性顯著降低(P0.05),其中Ⅱ組、Ⅲ組降低效果最明顯,Ⅱ組AKP活性顯著高于其它處理組(P0.05)。(4)Ⅱ組和Ⅲ組甘油三酯濃度顯著低于對(duì)照組和Ⅰ組(P0.05),各個(gè)處理組總膽固醇濃度差異不顯著(P0.05)。(5)Ⅱ組過(guò)氧化氫酶活性明顯高于其它處理組(P0.05),抗超氧陰離子和T-AOC活性明顯高于對(duì)照組(P0.05);與對(duì)照組相比,Ⅰ組、Ⅱ組和Ⅲ組SOD活性明顯升高,MDA濃度分別降低了4.39%、3.41%和4.88%,但差異不顯著(P0.05)。(6)與對(duì)照組相比,Ⅱ組和Ⅲ組必需氨基酸均有提高的趨勢(shì)(P0.05),Ⅰ組、Ⅱ組和Ⅲ組非必需氨基酸也有提高的趨勢(shì),其中Ⅲ組效果最明顯(7)Ⅰ組、Ⅱ組和Ⅲ組回腸絨毛高度顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05),Ⅱ組和Ⅲ效果最明顯;與對(duì)照組相比,Ⅰ組、Ⅱ組、Ⅲ組空腸絨毛高度、空腸VH/CD和回腸VH/CD均有提高趨勢(shì),但差異不顯著。(8)各處理組β-catenin基因表達(dá)量在空腸中差異顯著(P0.05),Ⅱ組表達(dá)量明顯低于其它組。綜上所述,Tau能夠緩解早期斷奶仔豬的斷奶應(yīng)激反應(yīng)。本研究結(jié)果同時(shí)表明,Tau和Gln復(fù)合添加效果優(yōu)于單獨(dú)添加,其中0.1%Tau+0.6%Gln添加效果最好。因此Tau可作為早期斷奶仔豬生產(chǎn)中的一種有效的添加劑。
[Abstract]:This experiment was conducted to study the effects of taurine (Taurine, Tau) and glutamine (Glutamine, Gln) and the two composite additive on growth performance, serum indexes in early weaned piglets, the intestinal mucosal morphology and intestinal mucosa associated genes. Experiment one: on the growth performance of early weaned piglets serum index of Tau and Gln, and the effect of morphology gastro intestinal mucosa associated genes. Experiment 30 head of early weaned piglets were randomly selected and divided into 3 treatment group (n = 10): control group (CON), T group (0.1%Tau), G group (1.0%Gln), the breeding experiments were conducted for 17D, the pre feeding period the results show that: (1 3D. the addition of Tau and Gln) can significantly improve early weaned piglets daily gain and feed intake (P0.05), adding Gln is better than Tau; compared with the control group, T group and G group feed meat ratio decreased by 13.01%, but the difference was not significant (P0.05).
