【摘要】：賈第蟲是一種人獸共患性寄生原蟲,可在全世界范圍內(nèi)傳播,并且有人—人,人—?jiǎng)游?以及動(dòng)物特異性的傳播循環(huán),且其流行率與地理環(huán)境以及不同的區(qū)域有關(guān)。采用分子生物學(xué)分析方法,確定長春地區(qū)的寵物犬患有賈第蟲的患病率以及基因型來評估犬賈第蟲向人傳播的危險(xiǎn)。調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示:寵物犬的賈第蟲流行率為10.46%(25/239)。通過磷酸丙糖異構(gòu)酶(TPI)基因的多態(tài)性對所分離蟲株的基因型進(jìn)行鑒定,結(jié)果顯示所有賈第蟲的基因型均為犬特異性的C型,未發(fā)現(xiàn)人獸共患的A型和B型�；騺喰徒Y(jié)果顯示在所有的樣本中以CⅠ為主要亞型,占全部樣本的76.00%(19/25)。此結(jié)果顯示出賈第蟲由犬傳播給人的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)很低,這與以往來自中國南方的調(diào)查結(jié)果明顯不同。
[Abstract]:Giardia is a zoonotic parasite that can spread around the world and has a human-human, human-animal, and animal-specific transmission cycle. And its prevalence is related to geographical environment and different regions. The prevalence and genotype of giardia in dogs in Changchun area were determined to evaluate the risk of transmission of giardia to humans. The prevalence rate of giardia in pet dogs was 10.46 to 25 / 239. The TPII gene was obtained by means of propyl phosphate isomerase. To identify the genotypes of the isolates, The results showed that all the giardia genotypes were canine-specific type C, and no zoonotic type A and B were found.
