【摘要】:本研究包括三個(gè)系列:1、Lucta對泌乳早期奶牛生產(chǎn)性能和健康的影響;2、Lucta在泌乳早期奶牛的生產(chǎn)性應(yīng)用;3、Lucta對泌乳早期奶牛影響的機(jī)理初探。1、Lucta對泌乳早期奶牛生產(chǎn)性能和健康的影響選取泌乳早期奶牛98頭分別進(jìn)行兩個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn):其中,實(shí)驗(yàn)一(68頭)為分娩一---二個(gè)月奶牛,實(shí)驗(yàn)二(30頭)為分娩一個(gè)月奶牛。在兩個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)中奶牛均被分為兩組:Lucta組(每天分三次共飼喂Lucta 80g)和Control組,兩組奶牛均自由采食飼料和飲水,飼喂實(shí)驗(yàn)持續(xù)120天。實(shí)驗(yàn)期定期測定其采食量,產(chǎn)奶量,乳品質(zhì),發(fā)情與配種以及體況評分等相關(guān)指標(biāo)。統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果表明,Lucta可顯著增加奶牛的采食量;Lucta可顯著增加分娩1個(gè)月奶牛以及頭胎奶牛的產(chǎn)奶量;Lucta可顯著提高奶牛的體況評分,Lucta可降低奶牛受孕所需的配種次數(shù)和分娩至受孕的時(shí)間間隔,但差異不顯著;Lucta可降低奶牛隱性乳房炎的發(fā)病率,但差異不顯著。2、Lucta在泌乳早期奶牛的生產(chǎn)性應(yīng)用選取泌乳早期奶牛220頭用于生產(chǎn)性應(yīng)用研究,奶牛被分為兩組:Lucta組(每天分三次共飼喂Lucta 80 g)和Control組,兩組奶牛均自由采食飼料和飲水,飼喂持續(xù)120天。實(shí)驗(yàn)期定期測定其采食量,產(chǎn)奶量,乳品質(zhì)以及體況評分等相關(guān)生產(chǎn)指標(biāo)。統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果表明,Lucta可增加奶牛的采食量;Lucta可增加奶牛的產(chǎn)奶量;Lucta可顯著提高奶牛的體況評分。3、Lucta對泌乳早期奶牛生產(chǎn)性能影響的機(jī)理初探對系列一中98頭泌乳早期奶牛,在實(shí)驗(yàn)期第30天,晨飼前尾靜脈采血,分離血清,于-20冰箱凍存。采用酶免法,放免法和比色法等方法對血清中能量代謝指標(biāo),抗氧化指標(biāo),繁殖相關(guān)指標(biāo)以及免疫相關(guān)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行測定。測定結(jié)果:能量代謝指標(biāo)結(jié)果顯示Lucta可增加血清中T3、T4、Insulin、Glu和PUN含量,降低BHBA、NEFA、TG和T-CHO含量;抗氧化指標(biāo)結(jié)果顯示Lucta可增加血清中SOD和T-AOC含量,降低MDA含量;繁殖相關(guān)指標(biāo)結(jié)果顯示Lucta可增加血清中LH、FSH和E2;免疫相關(guān)指標(biāo)顯示Lucta可增加血清中IL-2含量,降低IL-6含量。上述結(jié)果表明,Lucta飼喂泌乳早期奶牛可提高其能量代謝水平、抗氧化水平、繁殖性能和免疫能力。
[Abstract]:This study included the effects of three series 1: 1 Lucta on the performance and health of early lactation cows. (2) the productive application of Lucta in early lactation; Study on the effect of Lucta on the performance and Health of early lactating Dairy cows two experiments were carried out on 98 early lactating cows. Experiment 1: 68 cows were given birth for one to two months. In experiment 2, 30 cows were divided into two groups: two groups: Lucta 80g (three times a day) and Control group. The feeding experiment lasted for 120 days. The feed intake, milk yield, milk quality, estrus and breeding, and body condition score were measured regularly in both groups. Lucta significantly increased the feed intake of dairy cows. Lucta could significantly increase the milk production of dairy cows and first-born cows after 1 month of delivery. Lucta could significantly improve the body condition score of dairy cows and reduce the frequency of mating and the interval between delivery and conception, but the difference was not significant. Lucta can reduce the incidence of recessive mastitis in dairy cows, but the difference is not significant. The cows were divided into two groups: Lucta 80g and Control groups. The cows in the two groups were fed free feed and drinking water. The feeding lasted for 120 days. The feeding intake, milk yield, milk quality and body condition score were measured periodically during the experiment period. The statistical results showed that Lucta could increase the feed intake of dairy cows. Lucta can increase milk yield of dairy cows. The effect of Lucta on the performance of early lactating Dairy Dairy cattle; on the 30th day of the experimental period, 98 early lactating dairy cows in the first middle school of China were treated with Lucta. The serum was collected from tail vein before morning feeding and frozen in -20 refrigerator. The indexes of energy metabolism and antioxidation in serum were determined by enzyme immunoassay, radioimmunoassay and colorimetry. The results showed that Lucta could increase the content of Glu and PUN in serum. The contents of TG and T-CHO were decreased. The results of antioxidant index showed that Lucta could increase the contents of SOD and T-AOC in serum and decrease the content of MDA. The results of reproductive related indexes showed that Lucta could increase serum LHH FSH and E2; The immune-related indexes showed that Lucta could increase the content of IL-2 in serum and decrease the content of IL-6.
