【摘要】：目的采用距離測(cè)試(distance test,DT)評(píng)價(jià)拉布拉多犬行為學(xué)及心率變化特征,以期為導(dǎo)盲犬的前期篩選提供有效的行為學(xué)方法和生理依據(jù)。方法本實(shí)驗(yàn)所用60只拉布拉多犬(8~15月齡,雌性22只,雄性38只)由中國(guó)導(dǎo)盲犬大連培訓(xùn)基地提供,其中30只經(jīng)培訓(xùn)后通過(guò)考核,被認(rèn)定為成功培訓(xùn)的導(dǎo)盲犬,其余30只被認(rèn)定為不適合作為導(dǎo)盲犬的淘汰犬。采取距離測(cè)試中興趣,探索及游戲邀請(qǐng)三個(gè)變量進(jìn)行犬的行為學(xué)測(cè)試,實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)心率變化。結(jié)果距離測(cè)試中導(dǎo)盲犬的平均心率變化顯著低于淘汰犬心率變化(P0.05)。導(dǎo)盲犬和淘汰犬之間在興趣,探索及游戲邀請(qǐng)測(cè)試中行為學(xué)變化差異無(wú)顯著性(P0.05)。結(jié)論距離測(cè)試中,導(dǎo)盲犬心率變化顯著低于淘汰犬心率變化;導(dǎo)盲犬相對(duì)于淘汰犬,具有更加穩(wěn)定的心理素質(zhì)及較好的控制情緒的能力。本研究可為距離測(cè)試與心率結(jié)合預(yù)測(cè)導(dǎo)盲犬培訓(xùn)成功率提供理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the behavioral and heart rate changes of Labrador dogs by distance test (DTT). In order to provide an effective behavioral method and physiological basis for the early screening of guide dogs, 60 Labrador dogs of 8 15 months old and 22 females were used in this study. A total of 38 male dogs were provided by Dalian training Base of China's Guide Dogs, of which 30 dogs were considered to have been successfully trained. The remaining 30 dogs were considered unsuitable for use as guide dogs. Interest in distance testing, exploration and game invitation were used to conduct behavioral tests in dogs. Results the mean heart rate change in the distance test was significantly lower than that in the eliminated dog (P 0.05). There was an interest between the guide dog and the eliminated dog. There was no significant difference in behavioral changes in exploratory and game invitation tests (P 0.05). Conclusion the heart rate change in distance test is significantly lower than that in eliminated dogs. The guide dog has more stable psychological quality and better ability of controlling emotion than that of the eliminated dog. This study can provide a theoretical basis for the combination of distance test and heart rate to predict the success rate of guide dog training.
