【摘要】：為了解我國市場上飼料原料中霉菌毒素的含量及其污染情況,本研究從沈陽,山東等地區(qū)共收集261份樣品并對其進行編號,采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法分別對樣品中黃曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)、玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)、嘔吐毒素(DON)含量進行測定。結果表明:我國飼料原料中黃曲霉毒素污染范圍較廣,但超標率在逐漸降低;玉米赤霉烯酮和嘔吐毒素的污染范圍和超標率呈上升趨勢。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the content and contamination of mycotoxins in feed materials in China, 261 samples were collected and numbered from Shenyang and Shandong. Aflatoxin B _ (1) (AFB _ (1)) and Zen were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). The results showed that aflatoxin contamination range was wide in China, but the rate of exceeding the standard was decreasing gradually. The contamination range and over-standard rate of zearalenone and vomiting toxin in maize showed an increasing trend.
