牛至油對成年蛋雞生產(chǎn)性能和免疫功能的影響

【摘要】:本試驗旨在研究不同的牛至油添加水平對蛋雞生產(chǎn)性能及免疫功能的影響。 選取30周齡海蘭灰商品蛋雞300只,隨機分為5組(每組6個重復,每個重復10只):對照組飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼料,試驗A、B和C組飼喂分別添加50、100和150mg/kg牛至油的試驗飼料,抗生素組飼喂添加100mg/kg硫酸抗敵素的試驗飼料,預(yù)試期7天,試驗期60天。 結(jié)果表明:1)整個試驗期各組間蛋雞日采食量無顯著差異(P0.05),試驗A和B組蛋雞產(chǎn)蛋率顯著高于對照組(P0.05),料蛋比顯著降低(P0.05),試驗A和B組平均蛋重顯著高于抗生素組(P0.05)。2)試驗A組血液中WBC、LYM有增高的趨勢(P0.05);試驗A、B和C組蛋雞血清中免疫球蛋白IgG含量比對照組有顯著提高(P0.05);試驗A組蛋雞血清中的IgA、IgM、補體C3和C4均有增高的趨勢(P0.05)。在試驗第30和60天,試驗A組蛋雞血清新城疫抗體滴度顯著高于對照組與抗生素組(P0.05)。3)牛至油對蛋雞脾臟指數(shù)無顯著性影響(P0.05);試驗A組蛋雞脾臟中的CD4+%含量比對照組有所提高(P0.05),CD8+%顯著低于對照組(P0.05),而CD4+/CD8+顯著升高(P0.05)。試驗A組脾臟中IL-2mRNA的表達量顯著高于對照組與抗生素組,試驗A和B組的IL-4mRNA的表達量顯著高于抗生素組(P0.05),試驗A組脾臟中IFN-γ與IL-10mRNA表達量與對照組相比呈顯著下調(diào)(P0.05),但表達量高于試驗B、C組和抗生素組。 綜上所述,飼料中添加牛至油能提高蛋雞的生產(chǎn)性能,改善免疫功能,以50mg/kg牛至油為最適添加量。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of different levels of oregano oil on the performance and immune function of laying hens. Three hundred 30 week-old Hailan grey commercial layers were randomly divided into 5 groups (6 replicates in each group and 10 in each replica): the control group was fed with basic feed, and the experimental group A B and C were fed with 50 respectively. The experimental feed of 100 mg / kg oregano oil and antibiotic group were fed with 100 mg / kg antitrichlorfon sulfate for 7 days and 60 days. The results showed that there was no significant difference in daily feed intake among the three groups during the whole trial period, and the laying rate of groups A and B was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05). The average egg weight of test group A and B was significantly higher than that of antibiotic group. LYM showed a tendency to increase (P 0.05); Compared with the control group, the content of immunoglobulin IgG in the serum of the control group was significantly higher than that of the control group. In group A, IgA, C _ 3 and C _ 4 in the serum of laying hens had a tendency to increase (P0.05). On the 30th and 60th day of the experiment, the levels of IgA, C3 and C4 in the serum of the control group were all increased. The titer of Newcastle disease antibody in group A was significantly higher than that in control group and antibiotic group (P0.05. 3) the spleen index of laying hens was not significantly affected by oregano oil. The content of CD4% in the spleen of group A was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05% and CD8% respectively), which was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05). The expression of IL-2mRNA in the spleen of group A was significantly higher than that of control group and antibiotic group. The expression of IL-4mRNA in group A and B was significantly higher than that in group A and B (P 0.05). Compared with the control group, the expression of IFN- 緯 and IL-10mRNA in the spleen of group A was significantly lower than that of the control group, but the expression of IFN- 緯 and IL-10mRNA in the spleen of group A was higher than that of group C and antibiotic. To sum up, adding oregano oil into the feed can improve the performance of laying hens and improve the immune function. The optimum addition amount is 50 mg / kg oregano oil.
