圍產(chǎn)前期飼糧粗蛋白質(zhì)水平對(duì)荷斯坦經(jīng)產(chǎn)奶牛產(chǎn)后生產(chǎn)性能和血液指標(biāo)的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究圍產(chǎn)前期飼糧粗蛋白質(zhì)水平對(duì)產(chǎn)后奶牛生產(chǎn)性能和血液生化指標(biāo)影響。選取預(yù)產(chǎn)期、胎次、體重相近,上一個(gè)泌乳期時(shí)長(zhǎng)、產(chǎn)奶量相近的21頭經(jīng)產(chǎn)荷斯坦奶牛,隨機(jī)分為3組,每組7頭。在圍產(chǎn)前期(產(chǎn)前21 d內(nèi))飼喂粗蛋白質(zhì)水平分別為12.12%(A組)、13.07%(B組)、14.02%(C組),產(chǎn)奶凈能均為5.50 M J/kg的3種不同飼糧,研究其對(duì)奶牛產(chǎn)后1~30 d的生產(chǎn)性能和血液指標(biāo)的影響。結(jié)果表明:1)產(chǎn)后1~30 d,B組的干物質(zhì)采食量分別比A、C組高5.41%、5.85%(P0.05)。產(chǎn)后30 d,A、B和C組體重分別損失6.30%、5.03%、8.22%,C組體重?fù)p失最高。B組與其他2組相比,有增加產(chǎn)后產(chǎn)奶量的趨勢(shì),但各組間差異不顯著(P0.05)。產(chǎn)后2~10 d,B組的乳糖率比C組高4.31%(P0.05)。圍產(chǎn)前期B組的粗蛋白質(zhì)表觀消化率比A組高12.56%(P0.05)。2)產(chǎn)后10、20、30 d,B組血清葡萄糖(GLU)含量分別比C組高31.41%、29.47%、21.38%(P0.05)。分娩當(dāng)天,B組血清總蛋白(TP)含量比C組高12.98%(P0.05)。產(chǎn)后30 d,B組血清白蛋白(ALB)、瘦素(LP)含量分別高于C組14.69%、5.97%(P0.01)。產(chǎn)后20 d,B組血清甘油三酯(TG)含量均比A、C組低3.57%(P0.05),血清胰島素(Ins)含量分別比A、C組低7.26%、12.47%(P0.01)。產(chǎn)后30 d,B組血清胰島素樣生長(zhǎng)因子Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)含量比C組低4.94%(P0.01)。綜上,飼糧粗蛋白質(zhì)水平13.07%為圍產(chǎn)前期適宜飼糧粗蛋白質(zhì)水平。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of dietary crude protein level in the early perinatal period on the performance and blood biochemical indexes of postpartum cows. Twenty-one Holstein cows with similar milk yield were randomly divided into 3 groups with 7 cows in each group. The crude protein level in group A was 12.12% during the pre-perinatal period (within 21 days before birth). In group B, the net energy of milk was 5.50 MJ / kg, and the net energy of milk was 5.50 MJ / kg, which was 14.02% and 14.02% in group C, and the net energy of milk production was 5.50 MJ / kg in three different diets. The results showed that the dry matter intake of group B was 5.41% higher than that of group A on the 30th day postpartum. After 30 days postpartum, the weight loss of group A and C were 6.30 and 5.038.22 respectively. The weight loss of group C was the highest compared with the other two groups. The content of leptin in group B was higher than that in group C (14.69) and 5.97% (P 0.01), respectively, and the content of serum triglyceride (TGG) in group B was higher than that in group A at 20 days postpartum.
