透骨草含藥血清與西藥聯(lián)合對產(chǎn)ESBLs E.coli的體外抑菌作用

【摘要】:為了探討透骨草含藥血清與抗菌藥聯(lián)合對產(chǎn)ESBLs大腸桿菌的抑菌作用,采用棋盤法測定透骨草含藥血清與抗菌藥聯(lián)合的FIC指數(shù)。透骨草含藥血清與頭孢曲松鈉、頭孢他啶、頭孢噻肟鈉、頭孢噻呋鈉、阿莫西林、阿米卡星、黏桿菌素、磺胺間甲氧嘧啶(SMM)、環(huán)丙沙星、諾氟沙星、左旋氧氟沙星、乙酰甲喹、克林沙星、加替沙星、林可霉素、強(qiáng)力霉素、氟苯尼考、阿奇霉素、磷霉素聯(lián)合作用后的FIC分別為:0.75、1.00、0.28、0.75、2.00、0.75、2.00、2.00、0.26、0.26、0.26、0.50、0.50、1.00、0.50、3.00、0.26、0.38、1.25。結(jié)果顯示:透骨草含藥血清與環(huán)丙沙星、諾氟沙星、左旋氧氟沙星、乙酰甲喹、克林沙星、林可霉素、氟苯尼考、阿奇霉素、頭孢噻肟鈉體外聯(lián)合作用為協(xié)同作用;與頭孢曲松鈉、加替沙星、阿米卡星、頭孢他啶、頭孢噻呋鈉體外聯(lián)合作用為相加作用;與阿莫西林、強(qiáng)力霉素、黏桿菌素、磺胺間甲氧嘧啶體外聯(lián)合作用為拮抗作用;與磷霉素體外聯(lián)合作用為無關(guān)作用。
[Abstract]:In order to study the bacteriostatic effect of the combination of drug serum and antimicrobial agents on ESBLs producing Escherichia coli. The FIC index of the drug serum and antimicrobial agents was determined by chessboard method. The FIC index of the drug serum and ceftriaxone sodium, ceftazidime sodium, cefotaxime sodium, cefotaxime sodium, amoxicillin and amikacin were determined by chessboard method. Myxin, sulfamethoxine, ciprofloxacin, norfloxacin, levofloxacin, acetyl methaquine, clinfloxacin, gatifloxacin, lincomycin, doxycycline, florfenicol, azithromycin. The FIC after combined action of fosfomycin was 0.280.75 (0.28) and 0.75 (2.00), respectively. The FIC of the two groups was 0.260.26, 0.26, 0.26, 0.26, 0.26, 0.26, 0.26, 0.26 and 0.26, respectively. The results showed that the drug serum and ciprofloxacin and norfloxacin were found in 0.26 0.50 ~ 0.50 ~ 1.50 ~ (0.50) ~ 0.50 ~ 0.50 ~ 0.50 ~ 0.26 ~ 0.36 ~ 0.38 ~ 1.25. the results showed that the drug serum and ciprofloxacin and norfloxacin. The synergistic effects of levofloxacin, acetylmethaquine, clinfloxacin, lincomycin, florfenicol, azithromycin and cefotaxime sodium were synergistic in vitro. Combined with ceftriaxone sodium, gatifloxacin, amikacin, ceftazidime, ceftiofuroxime sodium in vitro; Combined with amoxicillin, doxycycline, myxin and sulfamethoxypyrimidine in vitro was antagonistic. The combined action with fosfomycin in vitro is irrelevant.
