【摘要】：動物皮膚疾病的治療,尤其是犬、貓的皮膚病,在獸醫(yī)臨床診治活動中所占的比重越來越大。犬的皮膚病不僅種類繁多,且癥狀相似,其治愈率又受多種因素影響。這使得臨床鑒別診斷和治療成為難題。為了解延邊地區(qū)犬皮膚病流行病學(xué)規(guī)律,了解犬皮膚病發(fā)病程度、病原種類,皮膚病發(fā)病與動物年齡、性別、季節(jié)等因素的關(guān)系,對延邊地區(qū)四家較大的動物醫(yī)院2016為期一年的接診病例進(jìn)行臨床病例的跟蹤調(diào)查。并應(yīng)用了重組CaIFN-γ進(jìn)行了真菌性、細(xì)菌性、寄生蟲性三類犬常見皮膚病的臨床治療并研究其療效,獲得如下結(jié)果。延邊地區(qū)犬皮膚病的臨床發(fā)病率為21.13%,其中真菌性皮膚病的臨床發(fā)病率最高,為34.4%。其次為寄生蟲性皮膚病,占比26.38%(疥螨感染性皮膚病19.86%),細(xì)菌感染性皮膚病(即膿皮癥)的臨床發(fā)病率為20.68%;夏秋季節(jié)犬皮膚病流行最為嚴(yán)重;幼年犬皮膚病臨床發(fā)病率遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于成年犬和老年犬;性別對皮膚病臨床發(fā)病率影響不大;重組CaIFN-γ能夠提升真菌性、細(xì)菌性、寄生蟲性皮膚病的治愈效果。本實(shí)驗(yàn)掌握了延邊地區(qū)犬皮膚病流行規(guī)律,證實(shí)了 CaIFN-γ能夠?qū)θＲ姷娜N皮膚病起到有效的輔助治療作用,為CaI[FN-γ在犬皮膚病臨床應(yīng)用方向提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The treatment of animal skin diseases, especially the skin diseases of dogs and cats, is more and more important in veterinary clinical diagnosis and treatment. The skin diseases of dogs are not only various, but also have similar symptoms. The cure rate is affected by many factors, which makes clinical differential diagnosis and treatment become a difficult problem. In order to understand the epidemiological law of canine dermatosis in Yanbian area, to understand the incidence of canine dermatosis, pathogenic species. The relationship between the incidence of dermatosis and age, sex, season and so on. The clinical cases of four large animal hospitals in Yanbian area for one year in 2016 were followed up. The fungal and bacterial properties of recombinant CaIFN- 緯 were studied. The clinical treatment and curative effect of common skin diseases of three kinds of parasitic dogs were studied and the following results were obtained. The clinical incidence of canine dermatosis in Yanbian area was 21.13 among which the incidence of fungal dermatosis was the highest. The rate of parasitic dermatosis was 26.38% (19.86%). The clinical incidence of bacterial infective dermatosis was 20.68%. Dog skin disease is the most serious in summer and autumn. The clinical incidence of skin diseases in young dogs is much higher than that in adult dogs and old dogs. Gender had little effect on the clinical incidence of skin diseases. Recombinant CaIFN- 緯 can improve the cure effect of fungal, bacterial and parasitic dermatosis. It is proved that CaIFN- 緯 can play an effective adjuvant role in the treatment of three common skin diseases in dogs, which is CaI. [FN- 緯 provides evidence for clinical application of canine dermatosis.
