合肥市1例同病房密切接觸者確診人感染H7N9禽流感調(diào)查

【摘要】:目的分析安徽省合肥市1例同病房密切接觸者人感染H7N9禽流感病例的流行病學(xué)特征,為制定人感染H7N9禽流感病毒相關(guān)防控措施提供參考依據(jù)。方法對安徽省合肥市1例同病房密切接觸者進(jìn)行流行病學(xué)調(diào)查,并采集呼吸道及血液標(biāo)本應(yīng)用逆轉(zhuǎn)錄聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)(RT-PCR)方法檢測H7N9病毒核酸。結(jié)果病例谷某于2016年12月22日確診為人感染H7N9禽流感病例,無明顯禽類接觸史;12月18日該病例曾密切接觸同病房閆某,后閆某確診為H7N9禽流感病例且死亡;2人病毒核酸檢測均為同種同源禽流感病毒核酸陽性;除閆某外,其他與谷某密切接觸者均未出現(xiàn)人感染H7N9禽流感病毒癥狀。結(jié)論谷某可能為一起醫(yī)院內(nèi)感染疫情的續(xù)發(fā)病例,人傳人的可能性大,但單傳染力有限,非持續(xù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of human infection with H7N9 avian influenza in Hefei, Anhui province. Methods Epidemiological investigation was carried out on a case of close contact with the ward in Hefei, Anhui Province, in order to provide a reference for the prevention and control of human infection with H7N9 avian influenza virus. Respiratory and blood samples were collected by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Methods the nucleic acid of H7N9 virus was detected. There was no obvious history of poultry contact. In December 18th, the case had close contact with the ward Yan Mou, after Yan Mou confirmed the H7N9 avian influenza case and died; 2Human virus nucleic acid was positive for homologous avian influenza virus nucleic acid. In addition to Yan, other close contacts with Gu did not show human infection with H7N9 avian influenza virus symptoms. Conclusion Gu Mou may be a further case of hospital infection, the possibility of human-to-human transmission is great. But single contagion is limited and non-persistent.
