【摘要】：于2006年爆發(fā)的蝙蝠傳染病白鼻綜合癥(WNS)使大量的蝙蝠物種面臨死亡威脅。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),蝙蝠白鼻綜合癥是由好寒性真菌銹腐假裸囊子菌(Pseudogymnoascus destructans)引起,通過侵染皮膚表面而使冬眠期蝙蝠表現(xiàn)出一系列異常行為,導(dǎo)致其儲存的能量和脂肪提早耗盡,最終死亡。本文對白鼻綜合癥發(fā)病癥狀、傳播規(guī)律、致病機(jī)理和免疫遺傳反應(yīng)等研究進(jìn)行了論述,并進(jìn)一步提出了研究展望。
[Abstract]:In 2006, the outbreak of the bat infectious disease, WNSs, put a large number of bat species at risk of death, the study found. Bat white nose syndrome is caused by Pseudogymnoascus destructanss. By infecting the skin surface, bats show a series of abnormal behaviors during hibernation, which results in the early depletion of energy and fat stored in the bats, and the final death. The pathogenetic mechanism and immunogenetic reaction were discussed, and the prospect of further research was put forward.
