【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究母豬妊娠期營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平對(duì)后代仔豬肌肉生長(zhǎng)和發(fā)育的影響。選取體重和日齡相近的長(zhǎng)大(LY)雜交后備母豬33頭,按體重[(150±9)kg]和日齡[(255±10)日齡]隨機(jī)分到3個(gè)組:低營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平組(LN組)、適宜營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平組(AN組)和高營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平組(HN組)。每組11個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)1頭母豬。妊娠前期(1~30 d)各組營(yíng)養(yǎng)攝入量分別是0.75、1.00和1.50倍維持需要,妊娠中期(31~90 d)在前期基礎(chǔ)上提高20%,妊娠后期(91~112 d)在中期基礎(chǔ)上提高25%。結(jié)果表明:1)與LN組相比,AN和HN組仔豬出生體重和斷奶體重及初生仔豬肌肉重(除比目魚肌)顯著或極顯著提高(P0.05或P0.01);AN組仔豬半腱肌和背最長(zhǎng)肌相對(duì)重極顯著高于LN組(P0.01),AN組新生仔豬肌肉蛋白質(zhì)濃度顯著或極顯著高于LN和HN組(P0.05或P0.01)。2)AN組新生仔豬背最長(zhǎng)肌肌球蛋白重鏈Ⅱx的mRNA表達(dá)量極顯著低于LN組(P0.01)。3)AN組新生仔豬背最長(zhǎng)肌生肌調(diào)節(jié)因子4的mRNA表達(dá)量顯著高于LN和HN組(P0.05)。由此可見,母豬妊娠期營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平能顯著影響仔豬出生和斷奶體重及肌肉重,但是過高或者過低的營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平都會(huì)降低后代肌肉重和肌肉蛋白質(zhì)的濃度,這可能與生肌調(diào)節(jié)因子4基因差異表達(dá)有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:The aim of this experiment was to study the effect of pregnant nutrition level on muscle growth and development of piglets. Thirty-three crossbred sows with similar body weight and day age were selected. [150 鹵9 kg and day age. [They were randomly divided into 3 groups: low nutrition level group (LN group) and suitable nutrition level group (an group) and high nutritional level group (HN group). Each group had 11 repeats.
