【摘要】：本研究利用生物信息學(xué)方法分析和預(yù)測(cè)牛SCD1基因的理化特性和編碼產(chǎn)物的結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果表明牛SCD1基因編碼359個(gè)氨基酸,平均分子質(zhì)量為41.71 k Da;組成蛋白為不穩(wěn)定的水溶性蛋白,三級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu)由α-螺旋和無(wú)規(guī)則卷曲組成,并且牛SCD1基因氨基酸序列和山羊親緣關(guān)系最近。牛SCD1基因的生物信息學(xué)分析為進(jìn)一步研究牛SCD1基因的遺傳特性和生理機(jī)制奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In this study, bioinformatics methods were used to analyze and predict the physical and chemical properties of bovine SCD1 gene and the structure of the encoded products. The results showed that the bovine SCD1 gene encodes 359 amino acids, the average molecular mass is 41.71 K Da, the constituent protein is unstable water soluble protein, the three level structure is composed of alpha helix and irregular coil, and the amino acid sequence of bovine SCD1 gene has the closest relationship with goat. The bioinformatics analysis of bovine SCD1 gene lays a foundation for further study on the genetic and physiological mechanism of bovine SCD1 gene.
