【摘要】：正本文通過(guò)查閱黏膜免疫SIgA的形成過(guò)程以及針對(duì)妊娠母體血清IgA和初乳SIgA水平檢測(cè)相關(guān)方面文獻(xiàn),表明妊娠母體血清IgA與初乳SIgA呈明顯的正相關(guān)。認(rèn)為可以摸索總結(jié)妊娠母豬血清IgA與初乳SIgA檢測(cè)數(shù)值及新生仔豬保護(hù)力之間的規(guī)律性,最終只需監(jiān)測(cè)母豬血清IgA的水平,就能很好地回答母豬免疫是否到位的問(wèn)題。對(duì)機(jī)體免疫系統(tǒng)而言,保護(hù)動(dòng)物免遭黏膜表面如腸
[Abstract]:In this paper, we reviewed the literature about the formation process of mucosal immunity SIgA and the related literature on maternal serum IgA and colostrum SIgA level. It is indicated that there is a significant positive correlation between maternal serum IgA and colostrum SIgA. It is concluded that the regularity between the serum IgA and colostrum SIgA and the protective ability of newborn piglets can be summarized, and the problem of sow immunity can be well answered by monitoring the serum IgA level of sows.
