【摘要】：正新城疫(Newcastle disease,ND)是由新城疫病毒(Newcastle disease virus,NDV)引起的危害多種家禽特別是陸生禽類的最主要的傳染病之一。一些發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家采用強(qiáng)制撲殺強(qiáng)毒感染禽群為主要措施,已基本控制了本病。而我國(guó)由于整體飼養(yǎng)管理水平的限制以及強(qiáng)毒感染的普遍存在,免疫接種仍是目前控制新城疫的主要方法。目前,很多地方新城疫的疫苗產(chǎn)品和免疫程序仍
