中草藥對治療癌癥惡病質(zhì)動物模型有效性的系統(tǒng)性回顧(英文)

本綜述總結(jié)利用中草藥治療癌癥惡病質(zhì)的臨床前研究及其潛在的機(jī)制,是首個(gè)針對中草藥治療癌癥惡病質(zhì)動物模型成效進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性回顧評價(jià)的研究。本文通過檢索PubMed、EMBASE、Allied and Complementary Medicine Database以及Web of Science四大代表性的資料庫(檢索時(shí)間至2016年12月),就中草藥治療癌癥惡病質(zhì)的隨機(jī)對照動物試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性回顧分析,并采用CAMARADE評分清單進(jìn)行質(zhì)量評價(jià)。分析結(jié)果顯示:在十四項(xiàng)中草藥及其化合物中,除了姜黃素外其他如黃連、黃連素、病得靈、清暑益氣湯、黃芩、補(bǔ)中益氣湯、六君子湯、橙皮苷、蒼術(shù)呋喃烴、十全大補(bǔ)湯、小柴胡湯、知母及黃柏等都已被證實(shí)可以通過抗炎、調(diào)節(jié)神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌途徑、調(diào)節(jié)泛素蛋白酶體系統(tǒng)或蛋白質(zhì)合成來改善癌癥惡病質(zhì)的癥狀。因此,利用中草藥治療癌癥惡病質(zhì)是一種有效的方法。然而該結(jié)論尚需要有更詳細(xì)的分子機(jī)制和活性化合物的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究驗(yàn)證。
