【摘要】：陳遜齋為清代著名傷寒醫(yī)家陳修園的七世孫,于二十世紀三四十年代在南京、重慶等地行醫(yī),因擅用經(jīng)方而名盛一時。二十世紀三十年代,陳遜齋在南京成立"遜齋國醫(yī)館"并舉辦國醫(yī)講座,在《傷寒論》的整理研究上頗有造詣,著有《傷寒論改正并注》、《新本草》等著作。其中《傷寒論改正并注》一書隨文釋義,將原文中的訛文錯字加以改正,或調(diào)整條文文法,但不破壞《傷寒論》原文整體結(jié)構(gòu)。陳氏旨在讓學(xué)者易以理解《傷寒論》中的基本理論方法,使理論服務(wù)于臨床需要�！秱摳恼⒆ⅰ芬粫顷愡d齋研習(xí)《傷寒論》多年的成果,理論聯(lián)系臨床而著成�！缎卤静荨穭t是陳遜齋在中藥學(xué)研究方面的著作,書后附有《新本草補篇》,總共記載了 93種藥,為陳遜齋就日常用藥仿《神農(nóng)本草經(jīng)》而編成,意在刪繁就簡,棄文存義,便于初學(xué)者記憶。書中所載藥物,均為張仲景《傷寒論》和《金匱要略》中所用,其中有65種見于《傷寒論》中。陳遜齋的主要學(xué)術(shù)思想有:1.傷寒是廣義上的傷寒;2.六經(jīng)總持百病;3.仲景脈法與八綱相應(yīng);4.重視津液存續(xù);5.發(fā)皇古義,中西匯通。在學(xué)術(shù)淵源上,陳遜齋重視"津液存續(xù)"的學(xué)術(shù)思想、維護舊論的立場皆繼承于先祖陳修園。但陳遜齋《傷寒論改正并注》一書衷中參西注解《傷寒論》,注解的評語中常見當時西醫(yī)學(xué)術(shù)語,《新本草》中亦屢見西醫(yī)解剖學(xué)、生理學(xué)、病理學(xué)、診斷學(xué)、藥理學(xué)術(shù)語,其著作與張錫純、陸淵雷、惲鐵樵等同時期的醫(yī)家類似,均帶有明顯的衷中參西的時代特征。陳遜齋的臨床用藥經(jīng)驗,主要反映在《新本草》上,其中的用藥經(jīng)驗、醫(yī)案頗有研究價值。此外,戴執(zhí)禮發(fā)表的《陳遜齋醫(yī)學(xué)筆記》記錄了陳遜齋的部分用藥、用方、辨證等心得,也是反映陳遜齋臨床思維的重要文獻。在臨床實踐上,陳遜齋深諳藥性,辨證準確,不守成規(guī),擅長用經(jīng)方但不拘束于經(jīng)方。
[Abstract]:Chen Xunzhai, the seventh grandson of Chen Xiuyuan, a famous typhus doctor in the Qing Dynasty, practiced medicine in Nanjing, Chongqing and other places in the 1930s and 40s on 20th century. Chen Xunzhai set up "Xunzhai National Medical Museum" in Nanjing and held a lecture on Chinese medicine. He was quite accomplished in the collation and research of the Treatise of febrile Diseases, and wrote the book "on the Correction of febrile Diseases and Notes". "New herbs" and other works. Among them, the book "Treatise on febrile Diseases and Notes" is interpreted along with the text to correct the inaccuracies in the original text, or to adjust the grammar of the text. But it does not destroy the whole structure of the original text of the Treatise of febrile Diseases. Chen's purpose is to make it easy for scholars to understand the basic theoretical methods in the Treatise of febrile Diseases. To make the theory serve the clinical needs. The book on Correction of febrile Diseases and Notes is the result of many years' study of the Theory of febrile Diseases by Chen Xunzhai. "New herbs" is Chen Xunzhai's work on the study of traditional Chinese medicine. At the end of the book is a supplement to New herbs, which records a total of 93 kinds of medicines. Chen Xunzhai was compiled for the daily drug parody of Shen Nong's Herbal Classic, with the intention of abridging the text and keeping meaning, so as to facilitate the beginners' memory. The medicines contained in the book are all used in Zhang Zhongjing's Treatise of febrile Diseases and the synopsis of the Golden Chamber. Among them, 65 kinds are found in the Treatise of febrile Diseases. Chen Xunzhai's main academic thought is: 1. Typhoid fever is a kind of typhoid fever in a broad sense. 2. The six meridians are suffering from all kinds of diseases; 3. Zhongjingmai method is corresponding to Bhagang; 4. Pay attention to the survival of body fluid; 5.Fa Huang Guyi, East and West Huitong. In academic origin, Chen Xunzhai attached importance to the academic thought of "body fluid exists". The standpoint of maintaining the old theory is inherited from the forefather Chen Xiuyuan. But Chen Xongzhai's book on the Correction of febrile Diseases and the Notes on it is often used in the commentary of the Western medicine at that time. Western medicine anatomy, physiology, pathology, diagnostics, pharmacology terminology are also frequently seen in the New herbs. Their works are similar to those of Zhang Xichun, Lu Yuanlei, Yun Tieshao and other doctors of the same period. Chen Xongzhai's clinical drug use experience is mainly reflected in "New herbs", in which the experience of medication, medical records are quite valuable. Chen Xunzhai's medical notes published by Dai recorded some of Chen Xunzhai's experiences in medicine, prescription, syndrome differentiation, and so on, and they are also important documents reflecting Chen Xunzhai's clinical thinking. In clinical practice, Chen Xunzhai is well versed in medicine. Dialectical accurate, do not abide by the rules, good at using the side but not restricted to the Jing Fang.
