目的探討日本血吸蟲可溶性成蟲蛋白（SjSWP）和重組半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制蛋白（rSjcystatin）對(duì)模擬炎癥性腸病的小鼠結(jié)腸炎的作用。方法 24只BALB/c雌鼠分為健康對(duì)照組、磷酸鹽緩沖液組（PBS組）、rSjcystatin治療組（rSjcystatin組）、 Sj SWP治療組（SjSWP組）。PBS、 rSjcystatin、 SjSWP組用0.1 ml 5%2,4,6-三硝基苯磺酸（TNBS）灌腸誘導(dǎo)結(jié)腸炎,灌腸后6、 24 h分別腹腔注射100μl PBS、 50μg r Sjcystatin、 50μg SjSWP;健康對(duì)照組在相應(yīng)時(shí)間點(diǎn)用等量的PBS灌腸及腹腔注射。TNBS灌腸72 h后無(wú)痛處死各組小鼠,檢測(cè)宏觀評(píng)分、結(jié)腸長(zhǎng)度、髓過(guò)氧化物酶活性和顯微鏡下微觀評(píng)分來(lái)評(píng)估炎癥參數(shù)和病理改變。流式細(xì)胞儀檢測(cè)小鼠脾臟中Th1和Th2及T調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞（Tregs）的比例。ELISA檢測(cè)小鼠結(jié)腸組織勻漿上清中γ干擾素（IFN-γ）、白細(xì)胞介素-4 （IL-4）、 IL-13、 IL-10等炎性細(xì)胞因子的水平。多組計(jì)量資料分析采用單因素方差分析,多組均數(shù)間的兩兩比較用Student-N...
